At least that's what the mangaka tried to show in his art work that the main character's character development was just influenced by no one but his own childhood bestfriend, Armin and Mikasa. (Mikasa once said, this world is cruel, and the ed song lyrics is just basics eren remembering mikasa's word)
Attack on Titan is always about decisions whether they are right or wrong you don't know whether your decisions would be good or bad you just have to make it and that's why eren did the Rumbling

For Sasha, yes, Eren indirectly involved in that. But hey, its only one person (that matters in his eye), any other time, a lot more died.

I genuinely felt sad when Armin killed Pyxis, he was one of the first to trust Eren, we have seen him since the very first season, he had a big part in the story of AoT.

Fun fact: the scene when the scouts let the titans gather around them to then shoot them with thunder spears is a direct parallel to season 1 when the guys of the 104th let titans gather around them so that they would be killed by Mikasa and others to strike their napes. This is supported by the fact that Jean screams "FIRE!" when they came close enough just like Marco did in season 1

He could just use the Rumbling to defend the island and destroy the opposing military forces, but instead he's murdering every last person, including all the innocents. Annie’s Titan did have an ability. She could scream and call titans to her like she did in season 1 when the scouts trapped her in the forest. She can also harden parts of her body like how Eren makes the brass knuckles
Yeah but those aren't entirely unique powers.
That isn't unique to her and her real power is something else but.... hopefully in the anime they actually used it.
if i'm not mistaken her titan is likely a generalist titan, taking in basic or downgraded versions of all current titan's power(shell hardening, titan call, claw hardening)
Everything you mentioned titans can also be done by the other eight titans The female titan's special ability has yet to be revealed in the anime.
More precisely she can copy other titan's power by ingesting body part (nail hair etc). That's why she can hardened like reiner, scream like Zeke and cristallise like the Tybur.
It’s crazy how this show has made us all do a 180 on how we feel about the scouts killing titans. I used to get so hyped when their napes got sliced, now it’s just sad af.

That scene of Gabi saving Kaya just like Sasha saved her back in S2 is just perfect. Gabi has truly had such a fantastic character arc from hating the people of Paradis, to killing Sasha, realizing the people of Paradis did nothing wrong and is now starting to become just like Sasha is just brilliant character writing

Bruh, next episode actually really showcases how far Jean has come as a character, even more than Armin. Also, love the Barricades callback. The nostalgia was real with that one.
Funny how Connie is selfish for wanting to save his mum by feeding a young innocent boy to her, yet a lot of people don't use the same judging tone when Eren is willing to kill the entire world, millions of young innocent children for one island

Some contextual trivia about today's Attack on Titan episode, the pacing of the anime’s manga adaptation slowed down a bit and today’s episode only adapted the entirety of chapter 124.
The next episode also looks like it will only adapt one chapter for the episode as well.
The remaining 27 pages of chapter 123 are likely going to be moved around combined with the episode that adapts chapters 130 or 131, so it will likely appear in the 11th or 12th episode of this cour.

@@floperez355 semi-official sources have apparently stated that there will be 12 episodes for the Final Season Part 2, and at the current pace of manga adaption, episode 12 will likely only adapt up to chapter 131-132 (out of 139 total). So, combined with speculation along with a reliable leaker, the general assumption is that there will be a finale movie adapting the remaining chapters of the manga.

Guys, here in the anime it wasn't that noticeable but the titan Gabi killed is Niles, the guy in charge of the MP and as we seen last seasons he was a friend of Erwin.
I kinda immediately notice it was him. Kinda sad that the crew miss it. I bet it would be more impactful if they did. Like, Gabi killed the person that brought him Falco. R.I.P. Nile.

The Female Titan seems to be a lesser or lite version of the Founding Titan. Maybe because Ymir was female and so the form is a throwback to that? The Female Titan seems to have lesser, inferior versions of all the other titans signature abilities: it even has a scream power despite its holders not having royal blood.
If I remember correctly, the female titan and the attack titan are supposed to be the 2 strongest straight offensive combat titans, and can both call other titans to them. It's just something we didn't get to see much of because Annie herself had an emotional connection to the people she was ordered to kill or bring in, and she was faced up against the attack titan.

I think Eren didn't stop the Titans because they were technically Zeke's Titans so he couldn't. Either that or he got so caught up in the moment he forgot about the other titans.

We've only really seen Marley's weaponry and that other army with the Armored Train. We don't know what type of weaponry the other countries of the world may have.

Eren might not able to turn titans back to human, or stop ordering them due to the fact he only made 2 commands. Destroy all hardening and wipe out the rest of the world. Like maybe he can't speak to Ymir anymore since he now transformed. My assumption now those were the only 2 commands he could produce without Zeke, and Ymir likely doesn't care for anyone else.
Also those were all Zeke’s Titans so maybe even the founder can’t control them and Zeke said just kill everyone after getting reverse Unoed
The thing did grab Zeke the previous episode, so maybe he is needed to complete the Founding titan? But it's weird that he lost control over the titans like Yelena said

11:27 Sheera is right here, the pure titans killing at will were the ones made by Zeke's wacky Royal blood spinal fluid. Maybe they are immune to the founding titan commands, or Eren simply activated the rumbling and was too busy controlling his giant leviathan titan to notice what was going on. But either way, that was the reason.
Fun fact: The female titan has a couple of abilities from each of the other 8 warriors, Adaptation, Titan attraction, versatility, hardening. The female titan's natural ability is Titan Adaption, and Hardening, Titan adaption is where she can mimic the abilities of the other 8 warriors, by eating a portion of the Warrior's titan flesh.

This episode brought me the same feelings we had back in seasons 1 and 2. Although it's twisted now, we used to cheer at the death of Titans, but now we know they're just victims.
I like that the moment they jumped off the building to kill all the titans was like a parallel when they were shooting the titans in season one and I believe Annie has the ability to mimic every other titans ability just a weaker version.
