- Today we ask Spirit about the possibility of prison time for the Trumps (Eric and Don Jr.) as well as for the Kushners (Ivanka and Jared). Will they be incarcerated for their crimes or will they avoid it?

Bedminster is the only property with residential areas I've heard mentioned that isn't a New York registered LLC. Trump may have to move there, if he's still able to afford keeping it open and running.
I'm glad they're looking at Kushner again. That guy has given me the creeps from the moment I first heard him talk. For someone as preoccupied with appearances as Ivanka, it's going to sting if her father, brothers and husband ALL have to serve time.

But the statute of limitations has run out in her case on many of the charges her father and brothers are charged with, and that makes her the smallest fish here. She gets immunity in return for testifying against her family. What I'm saying is that she's not going to look good when her entire birth family AND her husband goes to jail.
@@tarotbythebay Yes, his eyes are SO dead! They make me think of camera lenses. The way he observes people, as if he's scanning them and analysing their weak points to find ways to exploit them in the future. It's like he's too cold to inhabit a soul.

Yes, poor Junior. His dad became a monster to please his father, and history repeats itself when no intervention occurs. Trump's brother, Fred Jr., didn't want to follow as the business successor and was basically spurned by Fred Sr. Trump probably determined at a very young age to succeed when he saw how Fred was treated. Sadness all around. 😮💨

I think it is the businesses in New York. If the business owns property outside of New York, it still is in the umbrella of businesses in New York.

I hadn't really thought about the "next steps", but yes, when forced to liquidate the properties, buyers will know that the sellers must sell and only a fool would pay full market price. I doubt oligarchs will step in and help because they can see a sinking ship here when it comes to Trump influence. I wonder how many will be "short sales"?
