Really cool
Rhythmic gymnastics Chinese style.
Super
But it was awesome bruh..
This is so unique 😭
So Mongolians can now win at all Chinese martial arts competitions: Shuai Jiao, Wushu Sanda, and now Wushu Taolu 😂
Sadly, basically every good "tricker" out there with a little wushu basics can win this new rules kind of competitions....
Whoever is good can win. Basic and simple.

POV: Average Wushu Athlete in China
Wushu has lost its admirable explosive power. It looks choppy and very controlled now.
Definitely. Pretty sad. Sensless to make it merely gymnastics.
Wait, i dont get it, are u talking about fighting stuff or performance?
@@jet047 I think they're talking about the new rules.
Yeah it’s the new rules
Its "admirable explosive power" was always just a fart in a swimming pool. MMA experts have routinely demolished the so-called greats of Chinese 'martial arts', and I'm glad that people are recognizing that it's only useful as a cultural relic that looks cool.
Nice dance routine. Now let's see how quickly he'll lose in a fight against an MMA person- safe money is on "under a minute".
The thing about these two- you cannot compare them, theyre different things
Wushu isnt just about the fighting like MMA is yk
@saturnsorbett If it's about being a cultural product, preserving history or even about armed martial arts, I would agree. If it's about being a form of unarmed martial art, then it sucks.
@@btf_flotsam478 I wouldnt use actual wushu tehniques for beating someone up either, because it is *very* outdated in the first place. And unpractical in actual fighting. But I like it as an art, and it has other benefits too
@@btf_flotsam478it's taolu, if you need a fighting doctrine in wushu just search wushu sanda. Taolu nowadays is not a fighting style tbh.
