Same. I'm only a home DIYer and wanted one just for those jobs where having this along side my brushless hammer drill driver means I do not need to keep swapping out drill and driver bits on the same tool when putting screws in. I got this on sale as a kit with 2x batteries and charger. I need to repair my garden fence and wanted a tool that would be reliable, that does not need to be pro-grade for on a job site but that I know it will handle anything around the house / garden that I need to throw at it with no song or dance or flash or extra features, just simple, dependable and quality that will last.
@Papafou that's exactly what this tool is, I think! It's definitely a reliable tool and will hopefully last a very long time. Plus with extra batteries, if you need to purchase another tool, it'll save money buying tool only!
@Papafou a great way to build up a great arsenal of tools! I think for me it's a circular saw, then a random orbit sander! I do have a good sander which I'll upload a video about soon, but obviously I'll end up with a dewalt at some point 🤣
@@johnrutherford4042 Thank you! I'll probably do a few more videos just showing my tools, then hopefully think of something to make, utilising all or most of them. I may even try that today! I have no idea what to make though!
Great honest video. I just bought 1 myself
@Papafou thank you! What do you think of it? I think It's great for what I want to do, small builds etc!
