Safety on my FNX feels hollow and cheap. Not to mention it’s got a million small parts in its trigger mechanism that I do not prefer. Ask how I know. H&k is much more robust design
I like both, but I own the USP Tactical just because I think it’s an interesting piece with lineage tracing back to the Mk23 SOCOM. It is probably the quietest silencer host with the exception of my 22LR. Yes, I’ll concede it’s old, and has some proprietary interface that is mildly annoying. But, when I take it to the range and actually shoot it - all that goes out the window and I supremely enjoy it!
I’ve never shot a USP but I had the FNX-9 for a little while as my first gun. I think limp wristing can cause a malfunction, but Glock is the best example of this. FNX was extremely accurate to me as a new shooter.
Own the USP45TLE (factory night sights & 3x 12rnd mags), shot the FNX45T, the latter grip ergo's of a cheese grater, Mag release, etc. was a big no go for me.
@@psp1921tsmg You did a great objective comparison, like you mentioned you have much larger hands which the FNX caters to. It was just the primary reason the FNX didn't work for me.
Own a USP 45 (need a tactical) liked the grip on the USP better. FNX is definitely loaded with features, and would be a great home defense weapon, but long-term durability is going to the USP. And the one I'd opt for the zombie apocalypse. While the USP mag only holds 12 rounds, I'm sure the spring durability is way better than the 15 round FNX magazine.
Loved it! I’m getting the HK though with a Rugged Obsidian .45 can. Great video!

I didn’t expect to sway anyone just putting out info.

Give me that FNX LOL 😆
Though the usp can handle .45 super for bears
They make them new every day. You’d need a new barrel for 45 super correct?
The USP full size & MK23 can run 45 Super without modification. This is due to their recoil system construction.
I believe it may have to do with the pressures the barrel can withstand as well but I could be mistaken
@psp1921tsmg in my glock 21 you need a new fully supported chamber barrel, a steel guide rod and 22-24lb spring, and rowland magazine springs.

HK sells 15+1 extensions!

Those are not made by HK
Agreed
H&k usp all day. Engineering is much more solid in that platform. Built to last. Can’t say that as much for the FNX
Did you buy your FNX after you shot my FNX Tactical with Osprey?
Yes but i didn’t remember that until just now
