I've been natural since 2006 and secretly continued to use grease. I had people ask what I used and if I trusted you I'd say grease. So many friends went natural after seeing what grease can do for us. I recently won a nationwide contest with Blue Magic receiving 10 products of my choice. I chose 6 leave in conditioners and 4 hair conditioner (grease). Ladies please listen she is speaking the truth. Grease is the bees knees for natural 3b-4z hair.

Omg! I thought I was the only one that couldn't use shea butter on her hair. Shea dries my hair out like nobody's business! I've been using a simple routine for my hair that definitely includes using hair grease as a sealant, and my hair loves it! I will admit, I was one of those who stopped using hair grease because everyone said it was bad. Started using all of these "natural" hair products that were supposedly better for my hair - ended up with hair that was breaking, had split ends, single strand knots, and was ridiculously dry no matter how often I moisturized. I then decided to go back to what worked in the past, which included hair grease and my hair has never been happier! My hair is healthier, gaining some thickness and length! I love it. Ladies, don't be afraid of grease. Your hair will thank you!

You are too funny. You’re are right...I just started back on grease. I did find out recently that I’m allergic to Blue Magic with Indian Herbs so I went and purchased Softee and Ultra Sheen and man does the scent bring back memories. I’m trying to seriously get a grip on my breakage. I bet the grease will control that but on my last wash routine I forgot to use the grease and when I detangled my hair for my next wash day I had more breakage than I did previously...annoying but it’s my fault for not using grease on my length...won’t happen again.

Follow the steps above, however do not keep reapplying grease to the scalp, just apply to shaft of hair with water or moisturizer to rehydrate or restyle. As the person mentioned above grease should be applied after water or moisturizer to seal the moisture in. Reapplying grease to dry strands will cause breakage and the continuous application to scalp can clog pores in the scalp.
