I couldn't have said it any better! My mom passed away in 2020 a little unexpectedly (she had cancer but we thought she was getting better) and, though I have many memories to hold onto, I regret not making more. 😢😞

My dad lives only 40 minutes away and travels all over for fun and my children and I haven't seen him in over 10 years. He has never even met any of his 8 great grandchildren and it hurts deeply. I do text with him occasionally because he's my dad and I've already lost my mom but he just has no interest and that hurts. He will go out of his way to visit his ex in laws whom he didn't like ever but now posts pics of himself driving hundreds of miles to see. You are very very lucky to have such warm loving families and it soothes my soul to see. I'm so sorry about your uncle Jared. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. My condolences 💐 Family is important.. so sweet what you are doing with family to create memories together. I lost my 59 year of old dad just 6 weeks ago. It was sudden so experiences like that makes you think about time and to make good memories together.

Time is so short we always think oh we have plenty of time but we don't and that is sad. I had lots of plans made with my amazing husband but sadly I won't get to do them plans as he sadly passed away 41 weeks ago today at the young age of 51 he went to work like any other day but sadly that day he never came home again. Life is so unfair and heartbreaking at times. I will always carry my memories in my heart until the day we are together again. Enjoy all the future memories you are all going to make together and enjoy life like you have never before xx
To your statement about time I say Amen. My mom was my best friend ever, and even through she passed away last year I am so thankful for the many times I spent with her. Towards the end we lived just a few blocks apart. We literally spent nearly every day together, every Sabbath too. That was such a blessing to me. She was 87, but I know I will she her again when Jesus comes.
Sorry for your loss Jared ♡ it's so hard. What a beautiful, thoughtful video reminding us all how short life can be. We lost our beautiful 28 year old daughter to a car accident 10/29/2020. My heart is broken still 💔but in life we have to be strong for the others that need us. We're raising her daughter and have been since she was one month. Time sucks. I unexpectedly loss my dad at the end of 2020. I thought “I’m only 30, I was supposed to have so much time left. My kids were supposed to have more time.”
