He manages to close the distance on a small group of chamois and thread an arrow through the vitals of a mature nanny. The shot is true, and after a short tracking job, he is rewarded with another incredible trophy. While Tom had already achieved his goal of harvesting a Balkan chamois on his first trip to the Rhodopes, the allure of these mountains and the majesty of the animals that call them home drew him back.
