Once again “ran aground” infers that the vessel was under way. A vessel that breaks loose from its mooring might “drift aground” but definitely did not run aground.
People massacre all the parrot fish all the time... leave anchors and weights and line all over the reef.. nobody ever collects it or removes all the fishing line strangling the reef... Also this guy just lost his house... Where is FEMA? He needs 2 years of free rent for up to 6k per month plus cash!

Boat captains need to be held accountable for damaging reefs and wildlife. Running aground is unacceptable. Cmon DLNR. Get off your butts. Let’s go.
