why do people worry again n again on the same problem because a joke will entertain you upto 3-4min but a problem persists n bothers people until its get resolved. Of course worrying doesnt solve problems n doesnt give anything so leave worrying concentrate on the solutions to that problem.

That’s not the point of this video. You hold a grudge or guilt that you refuse to let go but running from it will only hurt you more. You must learn to accept whatever happened has happened and move on because you no longer can do anything about it. If you made a mistake, be merciful and forgive yourself. I do hope that you’ve found peace within yourself within those 5 years after leaving this comment

I really disliked this video and that's because people who are actually traumatized , will not be helped by this. People who have genuine problems, they can't smile and I don't think we can actually make a joke about it. If he finds the world a happy place then maybe he he is far from reality. How will a child who goes to bed hungry, smile. How can a girl survived a brutal rape, smile. How can those who have lost someone, smile. I can't smile when I realize animals who are so emotional, are treated like non living. People are constantly suffering. Smile is a selfish word, because I shudder to smile when I see these people and realize how little I can do for them.

Not so sure about that. Not sure if I agree or disagree. I mean, it sounds great, very poetic. But life isn't that simple. It's not only a "yes" or "no". And by having the only answer "don't worry" you also don't allow yourself to feel your feelings, you don't allow yourself to feel those sadness, anxieties etc which are equal valuable like all those positive feelings. At least in my opinion. Cutting down some part of your "feeling spectrum" means that you don't allow yourself to live fully.
