If you're talking about the origin of the dialogue that appears in the song, it's from the amazing spider man 2 the game, in the final battle with carnage you have a brief moment of dialogue with Cletus and he says this things, at least some of them like the "I'm not Cletus Cassady, not anymore, I'm my true self now, I'm carnage!" line.
