I lost my friend this year in August. He commited suicide. He made me watch one piece, forced me in fact. Started One piece journey because of him. I'm all alone now. Whenever I listen to this song, I weep, I sob, it hurts to know my nakama has left me alone on this journey. I'll try to complete this journey for him I guess.

One of the reasons I love one piece so much is that it really shows the crew as really good friends. Those moments where you see them celebrating a victory despite all of them suffering personal tragedies. It reminds me of hanging with my friends and being really dumb around them but they love me regardless.

It was a month ago when I made the decision I'm proud of now and that is to watch One Piece. I'm on Sabaody Archipelago arc now and I'm having the best time of my life. The series is perfect in every single way and it even builds up to get and become greater. The genius writing, the well calculated backstories, the multiplex characters, the consistent humour, the twists, the worlds, the lore... I am hands down addicted.
