I've visited Table Rock every year since I was a baby (now 37) and I've visited Lake of the Ozarks a few times and you knocked this out of the park. They are 2 very different places with 2 very different personalities on the water. Two things I'll add about Table Rock. People should know there are restaurants on the lake to eat. Not as many as the Ozarks but they have increased in recent years. And second, with docks. Many homes that are near the water, when they sell their home, will include a boat slip. My parents bought a house 15 years ago that is "Lake view", so it's a short 3 min golf cart ride to the dock but their house came with a boat slip. So thats something to keep an eye out for. Great video.

Branson and table rock are like two different worlds to me. I been down multiple times and it seems people who visit Branson stay in Branson without a big interest in Table Rock unless you’re an avid boater, want to see the dam, or take a ride on the Belle. I really enjoy listening to your opinions. My wife and I just bought land close to Table Rock and the whole septic/perc test that will be planned kind of freaking me out a bit. It’s easy to say you are building a new home down there but all the steps of a survey, septic concerns, well drilling, it’s a real handful of problems.

I'm looking to someday relocate to that area. Either Ozark or Table Rock lake. That is one thing I have been wondering was about the docks. All the ones on Table Rock aren't attached. They have wheels on the ground. The explanation you gave pretty much answered that question for me. Thanks!

So is there ANY quiet “side” at LOZ? We are considering semi retiring at either of these places. And don’t get me wrong we party occasionally but definitely not like we were when we were younger lol
And definitely need good WiFi since I work from home.

Is it like table rock around 50,000 acres and Ozarks is around 54,000 acres? Not really that much bigger

Ozarks is just a party lake.

I get that a lot. I don’t party and love the lake for my family
