As a third time owner of the S1KRR, currently with the same model as you, im not getting the subframe unit with the pegs. Is that for a passenger or what's the purpose? Thanks!
Looks lovely .pity bmw doesn't have the converter separate to the down pipes so u didn't have to replace the whole pipe system.looking forward to your build.👍🇮🇪🇮🇪

Yes, I work with a lot of oem manufacturers, so I was able to get a pre-order in. This year, you can get the carbon wheels without ordering the M package.

The curse of winter is going to keep mine in crate until probably early May. The red looks amazing. I went with the same build but Black. New to S1000RR family. Trading in my 17' R6 towards mine. Only thing that concerns me is of recent how the exhaust and ecu work to make it super hard... so is this new model going to be a pain to change out or no?
The 2017 R6 is a great bike, I've ridden one before, and the aggressive riding position and bike height are very similar to the new S1000RR. You're going to have a blast once you're able to ride your S1000RR. I am going to tell you this... anything is possible with the S1000RR, but it's going to cost you $$$. You can buy a full exhaust system and get a handheld tunnel from bren turning. The tune should run you $700-$1000 depending on what stage tune you want. A full exhaust will run you anywhere from $1400-$4,000 depending on what brand you go with and what material you want (stainless steel or titanium) I'll make a video once I get my exhaust and give a price breakdown for all exhaust kits.
@Thatonegt yeah definitely keeping my eyes and ears open to you and others to see what the entire process is going to be like... I've never used Bren tuning before. I went with Bouce tuning or whatever it was from watching Motonosity for the Yamaha. Akrapovic is my go too. But I've been finding I like the arrow exhaust sound better. Like I figured $4-$5k for the complete setup. Lol still cheaper then Ducati.
Honestly rode 22 and 23 engine wise not much deferent. The only way to get full potential 22 or 23 ecu airbox mode full exhaust if u got 22 I would not sell it for 23 unless u one of those that chasing pristine. 22 zx 10 r flash and tune just as fast for 5k less .
OTD cost is irrelevant. It all depends on so many factors like financing, dealer markup, or if you're paying cash. My OTD price is going to be different since I paid cash for the bike. I'll make a video of the breakdown very soon.
I really don't know why the bike come naked from down (next to the exhaust) and i don't know why no one do something or put anything just to fix it and to hide this ugly things from down...

Yes, that sucks, BMW is making it harder for us to modify our exhaust.
I put out feelers to local dealerships around the area and no one is taking pre-orders for the 2023 BWM M 1000RR I like those winglets....

Best quality put together bike, and by far has the best led monitor, it's huge and the resolution of the latest ipad. I had a 2021 S1000. Aust.
In the 2022 model, it was sometimes difficult to see the side mirrors due to vibration. what about this model?
