Hotline Miami is one of my favourite games of recently, so I figured to rank all the masks from the game.
This is my personal opinion, so if it bothers you, boo-hoo.

Here’s something to note, Rufus survives one *lethal* bullet and Earl survives two *non-lethal* bullets. Does that change anything? And Ricks Good Shot ability means Every enemy that is shot even once dies.

6:18 wait, he only silences shotguns? When I played the game and used Peter, it seemed like every weapon was silenced for him.

I think Graham alone is BUUUSTED good, like third best mask in the GAME good ]:> Like seriously just having that extra speed gives you a ton of leeway, so much of this game is just being too fast for the enemies to react and being able to cover more distance without the enemies reacting is REEEAAAALLY useful, I think the only reason he’s so under rated is because Brandon is just so ridiculously far above every other mask in the game. I think Brandon deserves something like SSS tier without any exaggeration, you LITERALLY just become a bullet with Brandon equipped and the consequences of that put him like 7 orders of magnitude higher than other masks. You can either play as Tony, get a melee weapon, and throw it at an enemy before they notice you, or you could pick Brandon and do 7 laps of Nevada before hitting them and being noticed by nobody . He’s THAT good

while i do agree in graham being good, he gets overshadowed by tony in the early game because newer players need the killer melee that tony gives them (least i did when i first got this game on ps3) about brandon, he can only get you so far until you eventually hit a wall and die because he may be fast but not being able to control him (like many people when they first play with him) will get you killed more than once
