A white Christmas at our Scottish Highlands homestead

- We have lived in Scotland for nearly four years now, we moved here from England in 2020. One of our favourite things about living here is every Christmas we have snow! It was incredibly rare to have a white Christmas when we lived in England so we feel very lucky we get to experience it here!
It's lovely to see you both enjoying the fruits of your labour, there is nothing as nice as eating the produce, well done. I will visit again.🐔🦆🌱

It's great to see your journey! I am possibly thinking of moving to the Highlands in the future and always wonder how much one could grow there, particularly in terms of fruit and veg. 🙌🌿
Thank you so much 😊 we were unsure how much we would be successful in growing here but we were really surprised how well things grew! We have quite a mild climate here as we are so close to the sea which certainly helped. The soil is also very fertile 😊

Keep running the hot water through the pipes now and again to prevent them from freezing up .
