@@myekimedia4225 you are correct, you point out the source of the problem. Let me take this direction as of my observations, the problem here is lawlessness being perpetuated by government officials. The employment of foreigners can be controlled by Labour Inspectors. They do not enforce the laws instead choose to take bribes. The employee take the foreign workforce because of cheap labour and for exploitative agenda. Once the labour laws are enforced, there would be little room to maneuver by the employer, the undocumented workers do not contribute to the state as they can't be registered.

@@myekimedia4225 it's not xenophobic to uphold the law but my view that the foreign workforce is encouraged by employers. I reported one of Spar franchises almost 70% of their staff are foreigners and the Labour Dept never visited the place for inspection or oversight. During the beginning of the pandemic stores were not compliant and your generally ShopRite, Game or OK were visited and compliance had been enforced but the foreigners businesses like Kit Kat or Frontline were not compliant and it took over 2 to 3 months b4 the implementation of compliance.
