And the thing is, he's heard this kind of appreciation from his fans at all his shows. He's genuinely in love with what he's doing and can't believe the support he's got. Most incredible artist fanbase of all time.
I don't love social media, but I love that amazing, raw artists like Zach Bryan can start out writing/playing/singing/recording their own songs at home and end up on a big stage, hearing the entire crowd yelling out all the words to those songs... and we get to watch it all happen. It gets me choked up thinking about what it must feel like for him and seeing that smile on his face when he looks out at the audience. I just LOVE it!
Drove 3 hours from where I’m from to see this man live in Los Angeles last October, waited in line for another 3 hours, paid 80$ for a VIP entrance ticket, rushed to the front of the stage to get the best spot available and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. This man’s music has changed my life and I can never thank him enough
this is the first time I have heard a video of his live music and I wish I could just experience the last 4 minutes of my life all over again to feel how it felt to listen to this video for the first time
This is top-tier camerawork for a top-tier artist. Perfectly captures Zach and his band, as well as clearly hearing the insane amount of crowd participation. Thank you for this.
For anyone who wants to play this on guitar, here's how :) - Standard Tuning - Capo 3rd Fret - -Structure of the Song - Verse - 0:00 - 3:08 Chorus - 3:09 - 4:28 - Verse - C/G (x4), Am (x1), C/B (x1), C/G (x2) For each chord, strum: Down, Down, Up, Down, Up - Chorus - F, C, G, F For each chord, strum: Down, Down, Up, Down, Up (x2) Hope this helps out! If you get stuck or need a little extra help, I posted a video lesson for this on my channel :)
So pure and simple, the live song sounds basically no different then the recorded one. His music is truly special. I don’t like newer “pop” country but his music has an old school touch to it because this kind of song could have been sun in 1827
This is awesome! I don't care much for new country, but this hits different. This reminds me of Tyler Childers Creeker and Foggy Mountain Breakdown by Earl Scruggs and Lester Flatt.
First show I went to was like 800 people at a tiny venue in Raleigh, miss hearing the sad songs off Deann and Elisabeth live, but going to my 4th show in 4 years next summer, always unreal
Such a beautiful song...but I'll never understand why fans feel the need to have loud conversations while the artist sings a slow quiet song. For me, it ruins the experience. But Zach always brings tears to my eyes, as he should.
[Verse 1] Well, everyone seems a damn genius lately Tik-Tok talkin', late-night TV There's still so much that I have yet to know We get dressed up just to go downtown In some ego-filled late-night crowd Seems to be where I feel the most alone [Verse 2] I'd like to get lost on some old back road Find a shade tree and a honey hole And talk to my grandpa again And I see God in everything The trees and pain and nights in the spring So why do I still long for a home? [Verse 3] I'd like to lay in a field on a cozy blanket And feel the fear of never wakin' To know thе true warmth of the sun I'd like to lovе my lady long and hard And lay down lines of laymen guitar Never leave her lovin' arms again [Verse 4] My exes hate me and my friends all miss me I wanna drown in rotgut whiskey Leave this small town for a while Head to Paris on a late-night flight Find a bar and get in a fight Write a few poems on a sunny balcony [Verse 5] I wanna be a child climbin' trees somewhere Breathin' in the fresh, outside air And before I knew this life was unkind I want a well-trained dog on a couple of acres A kind, kind lady and a place to take her Few good friends I can count on one of my hands [Verse 6] I know I'm bound to die one day So when I reach those golden gates I pray to say I did the best I can Sit with my mother and the dearly departed Send a prayer down to the broken-hearted Let 'em know it all turns out just fine [Verse 7] To know me is to love me and to hate me is to wrong me I prefer my nights so lonely Love blues guitar, muscle cars, and gin I'm a simple man, I don't need much Just my simple songs and some human touch I'm tired now so I'm bringin' my ass home [Chorus] So let me go down the line Let me feel it all, joy, pain, and sky So let me go down the line We all burn, burn, burn, and die So let me go down the line I wanna feel it all, joy, pain, and sky So let me go down the line We all burn, burn, burn, and then die So let me go down the line I wanna feel it all, joy, pain, and sky So let me go down the line We all burn, burn, burn, and then die
If I paid for a ticket and had to listen to these fans ruin the show I'd be so pissed. Love Zach and his singing, Not his fan girls screaming over him.
Look at the happiness in that man’s face when everyone starts clapping . He can hardly hold that smile in ! This shit is amazing 👏
And the thing is, he's heard this kind of appreciation from his fans at all his shows. He's genuinely in love with what he's doing and can't believe the support he's got. Most incredible artist fanbase of all time.
I get chills every time i watch this man. The pure emotion and rawness of his style is so beautiful. Makes me wanna cry
Well said

Same. This kid hits your soul.
Saw him live earlier this year and it was the greatest experience/concert I have and probably will ever be able to see. His songs touch your soul
Charles Wesley Godwin's shows are the same way. Their songwriting is out of this world, and both of their voices get ya going in their own way.
I don't love social media, but I love that amazing, raw artists like Zach Bryan can start out writing/playing/singing/recording their own songs at home and end up on a big stage, hearing the entire crowd yelling out all the words to those songs... and we get to watch it all happen. Empaths everywhere feeling every ounce of energy with insane of amounts of intensity

this is the first time I have heard a video of his live music and I wish I could just experience the last 4 minutes of my life all over again to feel how it felt to listen to this video for the first time
Just did it for you. Chills & tears. ❤️
This is top-tier camerawork for a top-tier artist. Perfectly captures Zach and his band, as well as clearly hearing the insane amount of crowd participation. Thank you for this.

He's the best song writer who's ever lived. You can see it, he lives what he sings. Watch 2:05, he's looking at someone he's talking about.
this song forever has a place in my heart
this song is my prayer
In the modern day, real music is hard to find. Zach Bryan is it though!
his songwriting reminds me a little of Cash and Dylan, and a lot of Zach Bryan! best new artist in a long long time where every song is good.
Love this dudes music, one of the better new country artists out there right now.
*the best new country artist
*thee best country artist ever. although I see it more as folk music with a whole lotta soul
best artists period, regardless of genre
I could watch the chorus for 8 hours. 😢❤
This song make me cry.
This man’s music comes from the heart and it shows. I feel the raw emotion with every lyric and every chord. Please never stop making music.❤️🙏
Best live performance I've ever seen. I would of loved to be part of that crowd
So pure and simple, the live song sounds basically no different then the recorded one. His music is truly special. I don’t like newer “pop” country but his music has an old school touch to it because this kind of song could have been sun in 1827
He loves that his music resonates with people
I love the emotion he puts in to this song. I just want to blast it as loud as I can every time I hear it!❤️👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

4:08 ❤🥹 that’s what pure happiness looks like
This is awesome! I don't care much for new country, but this hits different. This reminds me of Tyler Childers Creeker and Foggy Mountain Breakdown by Earl Scruggs and Lester Flatt.
Man loves his music and love it
An absolutely incredible song complemented with an outstanding crowd.

Makes me cry in a good way

First show I went to was like 800 people at a tiny venue in Raleigh, miss hearing the sad songs off Deann and Elisabeth live, but going to my 4th show in 4 years next summer, always unreal

Amazing
Such a beautiful song...but I'll never understand why fans feel the need to have loud conversations while the artist sings a slow quiet song. For me, it ruins the experience. But Zach always brings tears to my eyes, as he should.
Anyone else think he was saying eagle field late night crowd because he is a Philly sports fan. I did.
[Verse 1]
Well, everyone seems a damn genius lately Tik-Tok talkin', late-night TV There's still so much that I have yet to know We get dressed up just to go downtown In some ego-filled late-night crowd Seems to be where I feel the most alone

[Verse 4]
My exes hate me and my friends all miss me I wanna drown in rotgut whiskey Leave this small town for a while Head to Paris on a late-night flight Find a bar and get in a fight Write a few poems on a sunny balcony
[Verse 5]
I wanna be a child climbin' trees somewhere Breathin' in the fresh, outside air And before I knew this life was unkind I want a well-trained dog on a couple of acres A kind, kind lady and a place to take her Few good friends I can count on one of my hands
[Verse 6]
I know I'm bound to die one day So when I reach those golden gates I pray to say I did the best I can Sit with my mother and the dearly departed Send a prayer down to the broken-hearted Let 'em know it all turns out just fine
[Verse 7]
To know me is to love me and to hate me is to wrong me I prefer my nights so lonely Love blues guitar, muscle cars, and gin I'm a simple man, I don't need much Just my simple songs and some human touch I'm tired now so I'm bringin' my ass home
[Chorus]
So let me go down the line Let me feel it all, joy, pain, and sky So let me go down the line We all burn, burn, burn, and die So let me go down the line I wanna feel it all, joy, pain, and sky So let me go down the line We all burn, burn, burn, and then die So let me go down the line I wanna feel it all, joy, pain, and sky So let me go down the line We all burn, burn, burn, and then die

If I paid for a ticket and had to listen to these fans ruin the show I'd be so pissed. Love Zach and his singing, Not his fan girls screaming over him.
