I envisioned combining the wonderful kit pages with vintage/coffee dyed papers. Because you put a bit of tan/brown in the designs, it looks so good together. Thank you for making this wonderful kit. I think the envelope flip flop style works great!! You posted this vid 2 days ago and it's sold already...tells you something about how appealing it is.

Love it, I’ve made similar but using an Amazon bag or a Morrisons bag when they were white, definitely stronger than envelops. I’m playing with this kit as we speak it’s so beaut8ful

Like minds think alike! I just finished creating my first flip flop journal and thought about the same thing. I also added Tyvek tape to stabilize the biding for my signatures. I just need to finish the decorating part. Your journal came out beautiful! Tfs.

Thank you.. I found sewing in the signatures difficult too .. I wont make another in this style I will stick to my normal z fold method lol .. it was hard work but it turned out beautiful so all is good x

It turned out awesome Amanda those flip flop journals make my brain crazy too but I think it’s brilliant to reinforce with the tyvek! I’m working with your kit right now and love it. Blue and yellow is my FAV color combo.

No all my journals are one of a kind I never make the same thing twice that way the owner is getting a unique journal . I will make another with these papers but likely a hard back journal xx
