I was working under a department of Central government (Level-4 of 7th CPC) since 20.11.2020. My date of increment was 1st of July. I was under probation and my basic pay was ₹ 26,300/- However, upon selection to a different post under another department of Central government (Level 6 of 7th CPC) , I tendered my technical resignation from the previous post on 28.06.2022. I joined my new department on 29.06.2022. What would be my next date of increment ?
Sir, I think this is not applicable for pre 7th CPC cases which should have been. Any such case is there to give retrospective effect to this pay protection??

I was working in semi government with contract of 5 years and it will get renewed. I have worked for 9 years then I gave technical resignation and joined central government with permeant job. At the time of resignation my basic pay was in level-12. In central government my pay is fixed in level-10. Do I eligible for pay protection since my previous job was contract base ?

Earlier I worked as an Assistant Professor in an aided college under Govt. of Kerala for 5 years on a permanent post. I was relieved from there, and joined in the present post without any service break. My probation was completed in both case. Am I eligible to get pay protection. Please guide me.

After 1 day of travell he join new central govt office in forenoon, then is he eligible for joining time for this 1 day of gap? 2. Does this one day gap can be considered in break of service and no benifeit of tecnical resignation is given, such as count of previous service, carry forward of past leaves and ltc etc. 3.
