You have to see your pay rules. i was explaining pay rules if smbdy joins central Govt. More or less all states follow same rules. But certain deviation might exist.
Fr22(i)(a)(I) is applicable if you are appointed on a post with higher responsibility. it has nothing to do with reemployment of ex serviceman. if an ex serviceman posted afresh and he get a promotion. he will get pay fixation under Fr 22 1 a 1

Technical resignation as most of Auto bodies follows same rule as that of Central Govt. So when you ll submit tech resignation you ll get benefit of prev service viz accumulated leave, LTC etc

I am working in railways in level 6 ..i have cleared exam in the same level 6 in IIT Roorkee ( autonomous body under Central Government)..railway has given me NOC for document verification...what should I do if railway deny my technical resignation request? Because in some railway divisions they have accepted technical resignation request even for lower grade pay. Note: IIT is ready to give me pay protection but only if i get technical resignation from railways.
Rule is there only if central government job requires essential experience in one particular field and you have that experience in that particular field then only. But if DR has no experience requirements or if it has experience requirements but your field is different from that then you are not eligible.

you should ask it from your department as it is departmental delay. Rule is department should start confirmation process 6-8 weeks prior to completion of 2 yrs. But in most of dept it get delayed. But if smbdy leave the department they provide him Lien which is equivalent to confirmation in pay protection. you should ask the same.

सर , मुझे पहले आईसीएआर -ओनिओन रिसर्च सेंटर मे 1800 ग्रेड पे से 2017 मे दस साल बाद मे macp मिली थी। macp मिलने के बाद मेरा ग्रेड पे 1900 हो गया। तब मई skilled support staff था । उसके बाद मैं दूसरे आईसीएआर- के दूसरे संस्थान अंगूर अनुसंधान केंद्र मे एलडीसी पोस्ट पे 2021 को जॉइन कर लिया । थ्रो प्रोपर चैनल के साथ मेरा एप्लिकेशन ऑफिस की तरफ से भेजा गया था , तो मुझे एलडीसी पोस्ट का ग्रेड पे भी 1900 है तो पहला मेरा पोस्ट लोअर था अब मेरा पोस्ट हाइयर हो गया है और responsibility बढ़ गई है तो मुझे पे प्रोटेक्षण का फाइदा होगा या नहीं। मेरा यहा पे फ़िक्सेशन होगा या नहीं जब मई दूसरी पोस्ट पे जोइंग करने से पहले मेरा बेसिक 29300 था तो मेरा पे फ़िक्सेशन होगा या नहीं और होगा तो कैसे होगा

I was served LDC as one and half year in condition of one year probational period. But due to not clear typing test i could not get confirmation but probation period was completed. Now i have joined another department with permission i.e got NOC from my previous department. Now can i get pay protection in new department.
Do you hv lien. means if you wanted to go back to your prev department can you go. Hv they written this in your relieving letter. If yes and if it is a central Govt you ll get it

My previous department has already been transferred my old service book but there is one doubt which is required of completion of probational period and confirmation for pay protection.

You have to see your pay rules. i was explaining pay rules if smbdy joins central Govt. More or less all states follow same rules. But certain deviation might exist.
On re-employment of ex-servicemen under Govt Central Services FR22(i)(a)(i) is applicable
Fr22(i)(a)(I) is applicable if you are appointed on a post with higher responsibility. it has nothing to do with reemployment of ex serviceman. if an ex serviceman posted afresh and he get a promotion. he will get pay fixation under Fr 22 1 a 1

Technical resignation as most of Auto bodies follows same rule as that of Central Govt. So when you ll submit tech resignation you ll get benefit of prev service viz accumulated leave, LTC etc

when it is tech resignation and you are confirmed lien is automatic. just get this communication from your prev office and you ll be eligible for pay protection

On date of technical resignation my pay was 19700 and my date of increment was 01/07/2023. On 01/07/2023 my pay would be 20300 which is higher than the min pay 19900 of lvl-2. What will be fixation in this case.

Sir i have a question.. I am working in railways in level 6 ..i have cleared exam in the same level 6 in IIT Roorkee ( autonomous body under Central Government)..railway has given me NOC for document verification...what should I do if railway deny my technical resignation request?
Because in some railway divisions they have accepted technical resignation request even for lower grade pay.
Note: IIT is ready to give me pay protection but only if i get technical resignation from railways.

Rule is there only if central government job requires essential experience in one particular field and you have that experience in that particular field then only. But if DR has no experience requirements or if it has experience requirements but your field is different from that then you are not eligible.

Ask your prev department to issue it from back date as after 2 years you were eligible it was just due to administrative reason that they hv not issued your confirmation.

you should ask it from your department as it is departmental delay. Rule is department should start confirmation process 6-8 weeks prior to completion of 2 yrs. But in most of dept it get delayed. But if smbdy leave the department they provide him Lien which is equivalent to confirmation in pay protection. you should ask the same.

Sir, I joined from 4600 GP (1st Job) after obtaining lien to 2800 GP (2nd Job). However, after 3 months I am about to join 1900 GP (3rd Job). I have lien on 4600 GP (1st Job) but not on 2800 GP (2nd job). So will I get pay protection in lieu of lien on 4600 GP (1st job) if I move from 2nd job to 3rd job?

Dear sir my wife worked at education dpt at level-8. She was confirmed there. Then through direct recruitment she was selected in review officer in level-8. She applied for pay protection but not given by department as she was in probation peried. Before completing probation period she was again selected in assistant professor in level 10. How can she get pay protecion. Because department is saying to get pay protecion on review officer post first.

if you can wait wait for another 4 months means complete 2 yrs in prev service get lien in prev post and noC from prev org that they hv no objection in your joining to new organisation and you had applied with their permission. as these 2 are essential condition for grant of pay protection
