Technical resignation as most of Auto bodies follows same rule as that of Central Govt. So when you ll submit tech resignation you ll get benefit of prev service viz accumulated leave, LTC etc

Sir, I joined from 4600 GP (1st Job) after obtaining lien to 2800 GP (2nd Job). However, after 3 months I am about to join 1900 GP (3rd Job). I have lien on 4600 GP (1st Job) but not on 2800 GP (2nd job). So will I get pay protection in lieu of lien on 4600 GP (1st job) if I move from 2nd job to 3rd job? I was granted Pay protection on my previous basic of Rs. 62000/- at new job of Group C, I worked at Group C post for one year (on probation period) and now I got selected on another Group B (Inspector) job. You have to see your pay rules. i was explaining pay rules if smbdy joins central Govt. More or less all states follow same rules. But certain deviation might exist.

you should ask it from your department as it is departmental delay. Rule is department should start confirmation process 6-8 weeks prior to completion of 2 yrs. But in most of dept it get delayed. But if smbdy leave the department they provide him Lien which is equivalent to confirmation in pay protection. you should ask the same.

most of the rules explained here are that of central Govt. however most of states follows same rules. you hv to check your specific state whether they are following it or not
Fr22(i)(a)(I) is applicable if you are appointed on a post with higher responsibility. it has nothing to do with reemployment of ex serviceman. if an ex serviceman posted afresh and he get a promotion. he will get pay fixation under Fr 22 1 a 1

सर , मुझे पहले आईसीएआर -ओनिओन रिसर्च सेंटर मे 1800 ग्रेड पे से 2017 मे दस साल बाद मे macp मिली थी। macp मिलने के बाद मेरा ग्रेड पे 1900 हो गया। तब मई skilled support staff था । उसके बाद मैं दूसरे आईसीएआर- के दूसरे संस्थान अंगूर अनुसंधान केंद्र मे एलडीसी पोस्ट पे 2021 को जॉइन कर लिया । थ्रो प्रोपर चैनल के साथ मेरा एप्लिकेशन ऑफिस की तरफ से भेजा गया था , तो मुझे एलडीसी पोस्ट का ग्रेड पे भी 1900 है तो पहला मेरा पोस्ट लोअर था अब मेरा पोस्ट हाइयर हो गया है और responsibility बढ़ गई है तो मुझे पे प्रोटेक्षण का फाइदा होगा या नहीं। मेरा यहा पे फ़िक्सेशन होगा या नहीं जब मई दूसरी पोस्ट पे जोइंग करने से पहले मेरा बेसिक 29300 था तो मेरा पे फ़िक्सेशन होगा या नहीं और होगा तो कैसे होगा

Ask your prev department to issue it from back date as after 2 years you were eligible it was just due to administrative reason that they hv not issued your confirmation.

Yes you can. Subject to condition that total leave encashment should not exceed to 300 days at end of 2nd service which will always be a loss for GS thats why ppl generally avoid.

Rule is there only if central government job requires essential experience in one particular field and you have that experience in that particular field then only. But if DR has no experience requirements or if it has experience requirements but your field is different from that then you are not eligible.

Sir, I joined from 4600 GP (1st Job) after obtaining lien to 2800 GP (2nd Job). However, after 3 months I am about to join 1900 GP (3rd Job). I have lien on 4600 GP (1st Job) but not on 2800 GP (2nd job). So will I get pay protection in lieu of lien on 4600 GP (1st job) if I move from 2nd job to 3rd job?
Also, what if I use my lien to move back from 2800 GP (2nd job) to 4600 GP (1st job) and then utilize the lien again to move from 4600 GP to 1900 GP???? Kindly reply sir. Thank you

I was granted Pay protection on my previous basic of Rs. 62000/- at new job of Group C, I worked at Group C post for one year (on probation period) and now I got selected on another Group B (Inspector) job. You have to see your pay rules. i was explaining pay rules if smbdy joins central Govt. More or less all states follow same rules. But certain deviation might exist.

you should ask it from your department as it is departmental delay. Rule is department should start confirmation process 6-8 weeks prior to completion of 2 yrs. But in most of dept it get delayed. But if smbdy leave the department they provide him Lien which is equivalent to confirmation in pay protection. you should ask the same.

Yes you can. Subject to condition that total leave encashment should not exceed to 300 days at end of 2nd service which will always be a loss for GS thats why ppl generally avoid.

Sir as per FR (22) 1 (a) 2 the pay is fixed and will his DNI definitely changes regardless of completing min. 6 months in new pay.. example if it is done in September'22 and his normal DNI is july, then will he get dni in jan'23 or July'23???
And his pay changes in fixation for his benefit
depends. Means if he ll get any financial benefit in sep 22 pay then min 6 months required. but if he gets same basic pay in sep 22 then it ll be jul 23

Sir I applied for higher post in my same(previous) department through proper channel and pay protection, I joined my new post in 13 January 2014 but I couldn't get my increament in July 2014 I got only in July 2015 even I have pay protection. Is it true sir? Please reply sir. Thanks.
Pre 7th CPC this was the rule. you are entitled for pay protection

Sir i have a question.. I am working in railways in level 6 ..i have cleared exam in the same level 6 in IIT Roorkee ( autonomous body under Central Government)..railway has given me NOC for document verification...what should I do if railway deny my technical resignation request?
Because in some railway divisions they have accepted technical resignation request even for lower grade pay.
Note: IIT is ready to give me pay protection but only if i get technical resignation from railways.
hv you applied for the post with proper approval. If yes then why they are denying. If no then they can deny
