    Since you have found Maesites larvae on Sea Grape down in South Florida, I wonder why the species is not found up the coast, since Sea Grape is common along the coast up past Cocoa Beach, Florida. The species could be on the West Coast of Florida???

      Not sure. They’ve been reported this year from Jupiter though! I think we might start hearing more about an “expanded” range
