I would never have thought to use vinegar I can't wait to try this Weeknight Lemon Chicken. The combination of those herbs and spices along with that charred lemon looks divine! The cinnamon is such a great idea, tarragon and cumin- sounds all delicious. The sauce made with honey and garlic in mouth watering! And the grilled lemon tops it - such an elegant and fantastic recipe!
Hi Monika- those silver service items are so old they were from my mother in law- a little polishing made them pretty- I’m glad you noticed it- I purposely selected that foe the photo.

I agree you want to use the skin (even tho I don’t eat meat). Thanks for showing how to cut out the thigh bone. I don’t think I’ve ever done that. I have cut up chicken before but it’s not my favorite thing to do. I would definitely serve this for a dinner party for my meat eating friends (like everyone I know). Chicken is so budget friendly. And meat right now is so expensive. That sauce tho!!!!! Loving the platter too.

Hey girl- ya you’ll need too cook it for 2-3 minutes more with bone. A good trick it to pull our any meat for 30-45 minutes from the fridge so the temperature of the meat rises a little and helps us cook more quickly and evenly.
Oh yes.. I love love chicken skin.. whenever you cook chicken with chicken skin that dish become more flavorful and that delicious fat yum I love how you mixed cumin and garlic in the oil.. Such a smart recipe
