---------------------
In this clip, Yukmouth reflects on the late Bay Area rapper, Mac Dre, whom he described as once being one of his best friends. He breaks down the events that led up to his murder in Kansas City, in which there was a crew of Bay Area rappers over there for a show earlier in the week, and Mac Dre stayed longer than the rest despite the energy being off around the city. From there, Yukmouth and Vlad discuss how his murder was eventually rumored to be tied to Fat Tone, who was later killed in Las Vegas less than a year later. With that said, they both agree that it’s unlikely that Fat Tone was actually involved in the murder of Mac Dre. - Развлечения
I lived 1/2 block away from where Mac Dre was murdered at the time he was murdered off 71Hwy in Kansas City. That wasn't a bad area or anything at the time. They must've been following Mac Dre and caught him at the first light on that HWY when driving Northbound on 71. I hate that my city is connected to his death too cause we LOVE love LOVE Mac Dre, E40, YukMouth and the entire Bay Area out here.
RIP Mac Dre💔🙏🏽
Facts
Jacque Renee Facts! Hwy 71 was NOT bad! He HAD to have been followed, or lead there to avoid eyes! I’m finding out about this new kat from KC, returning home , found shot! So sad!!!
u probably right...so sad & Dre was probably faded & had so much love for kc he wasn't suspecting it... he was passenger in that fn white van
Apparently didn't love him that much out there🤷🏾♂️. R.I.T 2 da cutty Dre🌉❤

I like how he kept it trill when he sked about pac a lot of mfs overstate their affiliation with dude and swear they were so cool with him and shit
DatNigga Eazy E. They had a slight friction. Notice how fast he said “He’ll No” with emphasis. Pac wasn’t well liked . Nigga was a loud trouble maker
Chuck Taylor Not Everybody In The Bay Liked Him Like That (Ex Yuck) Not Everybody In LA Liked Him Like That, Not Everybody In NY Liked Him Like That Or Atlanta Etc. Of Course They Liked His Music/Movies But As A Person The Nigga Wasn’t A Saint Or Easy To Get Along With
@Chuck Taylor nah a lot of niggas liked Pac a lot didn't like him either. That's not the first time I've heard ppl saying Pac is a loud mouth.
@Chuck Taylor niggas in LA didn't like him like that either. But that's everybody

Sooooooo they all left Dre in KC knowing things didn't feel right??? Daym
I think if ALL my homies left, I wouldve left with em. Aint fun or safe just riding solo.

@@DaNxYsmells007 exactly it's so fucking obvious and dre and kilo kurt got into a fight the day before he was killed them niggas was jealous of dre from the beginning and they wanted to be in his position
@@kellymitchell8022 kilo an diggz didn't set mac dre up, Dre da unda dogg and kilo all owned a third of thizz.
It was that promoter that put a hit on dre for fucking off his promotions obligations for the show at the armory. Dre was suppose to do a radio promotions that he skipped out on in KC, then showed up late to meet an greet at a record store, an showed up late to the show to perform the show got shut down early. Dre wouldn't perform at the Halloween party it was suppose to be a club walk through but the promoter tried getting him to perform for the first show getting shut down early, Dre stayed at the party for 30 mins and left the promoter blamed Dre for the concert not doing good.
The guy lost money on the show an party an got in a argument with dre about not performing at the party. when Dre left he put a hit on him. the promoter that put the show on was a drug dealer.
Later that night The guy that was suppose to be Dre's homie that owned the the white van that had his cousin driving Dre around all weekend, called his cousin found out where they was and told the promoter where Dre was, the promoter was suppose meet up with Dre an pay him the rest of his money but the promoter never showed up
That's how they was able to find Dre after the show and kill him. It sounded like Dre's homie that owned the van was in on setting Dre up to get killed. Dre met that guy from yukmouth he was a big time coke dealer in KC.
funny that where dre was sitting in the back of the van got shot 30 times but the driver's door never got one bullet through it.
It took the driver a hour to call 911 after the shooting AND wreck. Everybody in Dre's crew new it was a hit an that Dre got set up but that was after the fact when the streets started talking about it.
I kinda thought diggs an kilo might of set him up but if you look in to it kilo had more to gain by Dre being alive then dead I think thy did Mac Wanda wrong by getting the pattent for thizz an all that but she owns 100% of thizz kinda weird how da unda dogg don't really fuck with diggs dubbee an kilo after Dre died think he don't agree with them using Dre's name the way they did after he died slapping Mac dre presents on every thing think when it came down to it Coolio was closer to Dre then anyone else in there crew I didn't plan on writing this much but was a lot to the story
@@16bitworld2 all Dre's people was still in KC the thizz people was still in KC it was just yuk and leak that left after the show

Killa City 816 born and raised. Mac Dre was hard. He had his own beats, style and lingo. He even had Treal TV. We loved Mac Dre. Tone did drop that track tho. That fucked him. "I killed the thizzman no more thizz dance". When I heard it my mouth dropped. The song was taken down but it used to be on Limewire and RUclips. Tone even dropped tracks after that saying he didn't do it but that the damage was done already. Rip MAC DRE and FAT TONE. Two legends that never reached their peak but will never be forgotten.

We need a Mac Mall interview!
Fat tone said “ i couldn’t do the thizzle dance until I popped a thizzle (drugs) man” it was definitely a song just wasn’t really popular.
Damm that's crazy cause that can be completely misconstrued

@@teepaint6076 it definitely was misconstrued but music wasnt as fast as it is now a days. Plus there was not IG or youtube around like it is now to straighten things out
KC was a warzone after Mac Dre got killed. I moved to ATL years earlier. And I remember coming back home to visit family. The streets were really hot at the time. Everyone was afraid to leave their house.
When Dre died here (KC) seem like the whole city was on 🔥 afterwards.. Shootings left and right.
Facts....i got into some myslef 04-06 was fuckin crazy in the town
and whats crazy that vlad keeps bringing this up when KC and the Bay are trying to put this behind us and a lot of us Kansas Citians took Mac Dre death pretty hard. It wasnt like we wanted beef with the Bay this was strictly bad business that ended up being street shit just like the Jacka got killed in Oakland
David Butler niggas didn’t come out on nobody heads blood... fuck u talkn bout
@David Butler check the murder rate we had more merks then the Bay nothing to be proud of tho this Black on Black violence is becoming dumb af especially when you got Trump and tthe KKK supporting him lets be real about this shit in 2019

I remember back in middle school everyone was spreading the rumor about Fat Tone making a song saying he killed the thizzle man SMH never knew til now that song never existed but it's crazy how that lie alone could've got a man killed just from word of mouth
I think Fat Tone got killed over some bricks but I could be wrong.

The song with Fat Tone does exists i have heard it before. It was very underground and passed around by hand back in 2005.
Yes it was a real song
I’ve heard the song as well and everyone who says tone has nothing to do with it is lying …that’s my belief….
How many times Vlad mentions his Documentary in any interview he does w Bay Area artists

Vlad says "Ha ha", know that you're spot on for his kind of conversation.
I read that mac dre showed up very late to the first show and at another showed up late didn't perform and left early also he missed a couple of other promotional events set up by this first time prompter. The promoter lost a lot of money. I believe mac dre still was expecting his back end pay. But decided to leave after the promoter didn't show. I think the promoter had something to do with his murder.

Pac is everyone's idel let alone big homie. What u think Dre is ya Best friend. ?!? Yuk does!. mF. Dre area. Yadidi.
I remember a unreleased track at that time with those similar words but I’m not sure if it was tone tho. I do kno Dre and tone did have some differences at a point when Dre was buzzing, tone was a lil sour of his success. But Dre was such a sincere dude he showed love to everyone and wanted to put everyone on. Tone did come out and say how he had nothing to do with Dre’s murder but at that point it was too late.
