Thank you SO MUCH for posting this!! I just scored one of these and this is the only thing online that I can find about it at all. I’m super excited to have something so portable. Did you ever get a battery pack for it? What kind of battery would work with it?
I apologize because i rewatched and realized you mentioned the portable battery you have. Would a camping battery work if I plugged the 16v AC adapter into it? I’m really unfamiliar with wattage and voltage and don’t want to short it or anything.
Dear Anna, Yes, I found a 12V battery which also has a 5v usb on it too. This means one battery can charge my phones etc., run a light, and the machine. The battery I found is TalentCell YB1206000-USB. The charging port is also the port which the machine connects to.
I am not sure what voltage rating and wattage your camping battery produces. The good news is that the machine uses very little current -- the motor inside is tiny. It is quite likely that the camping battery would do the job.
Thank you for checking in. I am well -- struggling with work, but that will improve soon when I get more staff. I hope to produce an interesting video soon.
James, what a fun travel machine, it so surprising it is computerized for the stitches, Great job on the 3D printing.
Cool little machine. Where did you get the big spool holder for the cone threads. That is fantastic.
I printed the spool holder on my 3d printer.
Could you use the cable for another baby lock with this? I’m not familiar with all the electrical terminology.

Just hoping you’re alright, it’s been awhile.
