Hi Rick, I like the additions to your collection. The 71 Topps Allen is such a great card. I know you’re a happy man with him and Parker getting in. Gunnar Henderson looks to be a great one. His signature is not so good though. Haha. Your PlayBall set continues to come along nicely. Nice additions from the family. Happy New Year to you and your family.😂
Hi Rick. Some awesome gifts, plus some really nice pickups. I guess it is too difficult for the modern player to do an autograph that is legible anymore. Gone are the days where you could actually read the name of the athlete signing. Thanks for sharing my friend, talk soon pal.
Rick, right out of the gate you show us your glorious new Joe DiMaggio Wheaties card! 🤯🤯🤯What sweet gifts from Mookie and George! Plus a group of wonderful gift additions to your 1940 Play Ball set! Fantastic progress! Happy New Year, my collecting brother! 😊👊
@@vintagesanctuary Adam, don’t look for too much from me until Strongsville! I have to think about my budget and figure that out a bit more carefully. Thanks for taking time to watch and comment!
@@billyballgamesportscards Thanks Bill! I will be looking for a card in Strongsville but just little things until Strongsville! I hope you have a great 2025!
@@RickAcostaDodgerCardCollector I’m glad you like them! I grew up near Philly and was an instant fan of Dick Allen. I try to watch everything that comes up about him on RUclips. I hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year!
Gave a video like. Love the Joe D Wheaties card and partial pennant!! Loved seeing those '40 Play Ball cards. I just picked up my first '40 Play Ball card in over 20 years this month. Was super pumped. Saw this card in an article in the front of a Beckett magazine when I was a kid and finally made it a reality. Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas season and a Happy New Years.
@@ACD1994 I’ll just say this about Gunnar, he is a solid hitter! I really love the way he made the adjustments to hit major league pitchers. If Adley can do the same, they have a chance to do something. They have to find some pitching for both ends of the games! Good Luck🍀🍀🍀
It was so delightful listening to your delight in this review. I don’t recall making those derogatory remarks when I passed over the pennant, but I’m sure the court reporter can read it back and clarify! Hahahaha merry Christmas and happy New Year, Rick!

I always enjoy seeing Gunnar Henderson some how show up in your video. I am an Orioles guy, and even I don't have a Gunnar auto. Haha. Congrats

Great stuff. I wonder why the pennant was cut up.
@@jpwiscobaseballcards1192 Maybe it didn’t go with the decor of a previous owner. Could be why it’s notched. What do you think?
@@Rocketrickj18 Severely moth-eaten?
