I've just picked up a FX8 and love it!!! I've programmed in a killer preset and done the first scene with the edit software.... The problem i'm having is that i can't send it to the FX8!!! When deleting the fx when i first started writing the scene all the fx disappeared off the LED screen, (8 boxes) which is great!!! BUT... When i went to hit "Save" nothing happened on the FX8!!! The name of the Preset changed but all 8 of the LED are just blank boxes!! i'm connected via a usb and it says connected on the edit software... Is there something i've missed? Please help!!!
Marcel Stannard there is! You have to assign the fx to the footswitches! The footswitches can be pretty much anything, they're not tied to simply replicating your fx chain... So for instance you can set them to be be scenes! This may help ruclips.net/video/nNjJreV7dd0/видео.html
+Dialog Project Jazz Fusion Band well firmware 3.0 REALLY improved and changed how the whole thing works. You can now assign pretty much anything to any footswitch. Like scenes. And there's new delay and drive pedals.
