The reason the NHS etc in underfunded is due to the class war against the working class. The government could easily fully fund the NHS. It is, after all, a currency issuer.
I think the NHS needs to be improved first before investing in it again. That means knocking down old building and building brand new ones, refurbishing hospitals that aren’t too bad, retraining staff, sorting out toxic work culture, sticking to a strict budget and educate people about health and teach British people holistic treatments.
