- In this video we will show you how to make creative invitation cards with unique cutting using OKI PRO 9541/9542/9431 and Graphtec FCX4000.Know how easy it is to create them in-house.
Pro 9542 is specifically designed for ultimate high-impact graphic arts and light production use. It has a superb print resolution with 1200 x 1200dpi.It is flexible and can deliver high quality CMYK plus high density white. It is capable of generating great results. Color toners available are Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black (CMYK) + White. It is affordable and a very unique product. It is enabled for duplex printing in single pass. It can print on papers unto 360 gsm. It promises vibrant color along with high density white on printing on dark and transparent media. It is ideal for fast, efficient, on-demand printing. Time for first print out is approximately 8.0 seconds
Pro 9541 uses digital 5 LED full-color Electrophotographic Printing Method. Dimensions are (WxDxH)699 x 625 x 640 mm. Pro 9541 can print Sharp and crisp documents in CMYK plus a spot color in white or clear gloss with exceptional quality as it combines and multi-Level ProQ technology. It has 300 sheet multi-purpose tray for more flexibility in printing. It is the best choice for printing brochures, packaging prototypes and window graphics and point of sale. It reduces your operating costs by using ultra-high capacity toner cartridges (38K) and drums. Reduced energy usage is promised with eco features. Spot color kit is interchangeable so you can switch between white and gloss spot colors without any cross-contamination of the toners. Media which can be printed in Pro 9541 includes magnet, velvet, gloss paper, transfer paper 1.3 m long banners etc.
Pro 9431 can print on media such as gloss paper, transfer paper, waterproof paper .Its dimensions are (WxDxH) 699 x 625 x 640 mm. Quality printing and vibrant colors are guaranteed by Pro9431.Pro9431 is an ideal choice for advertising agencies, marketing departments and design teams.
Graphtec FCX4000 flatbed cutter ensures high quality and accurate cutting without causing any damage to printed graphic. It uses electrostatic method to hold down the media which is generated by electrodes arranged inside the panel. It is the best option available for cutting lightweight materials. Even on the reverse side of the material; cutting and creasing of printed graphics is possible. There are 2 tool holder(cutting/creasing) in the carriage of the FCX4000 series. Using 2 different kind of tool allows to do a different jobs at the same time without exchanging a tool. It ensures remarkable improvement of your work efficiency.750 mm/s is the maximum cutting speed and suitable for perforation cut and half cut also.
