This ending makes sense as the boss kept on trusting the same employee who butters him but the same employee betrays him by leaking data to rival company and the unlikely employee saves the day making the boss realise his mistake.

As a boss you should value the option of all your employees listen to each of their ideas and not just the ones who are always nice they are usually the ones who betray you ..
This is my experience this buttering things in india specially corporate world can't let go up those peoples who deserves that position

It is harsh reality that hard working and honest employees today in most offices in our society are not in good book of bosses whereas corrupt and sycophants are popular and trusted. All sorts of privileges and facilities are provided to them, and on the contrary, honest and hard working are forced to work more.
To "succeed" in the corporate life, one should possess the three 'B' qualities.
1. Bucketing
2. Buttering
3. Biscuiting
The same thing happened with me also but my biggest mistake was i trusted my boss not once but twice. I just wanted him to treat me fairly the more I was looking forward he kept on humiliating me in front of every one and that broke my trust and confidence. Today i am scared to talk and work.

This video is really happening these days. Chattu's are just there and spending time. Company ignore hardworking and talented people. It happened with me also and due to that buttering person's politics, I left that company. But today I am doing far better and earning 3 times more than that buttering person.

this is truly an everyday thing at work. the ending comes rare, why would someone accept their mistakes? they keep piling it on others.
I do believe in honesty and hard-work, but as an employee I don't think you should be working in a toxic work culture, specially to improve it. It is not our job to do so.

Ha ha.. this happens everywhere. Bosses always support the subordinates who say "yes sir" always or do only goody goody things to please them. Mostly this type of organizations are full of ineffective employees who are not enough skilled but they possess fake egoistic notion about their skillsets.

Never trust buttering staff, they'll one day put ours in a risky status n makes losses too. Outspoken staff, of course, their talk may be tough, but in real terms they'll hv valid reasons to justify their stand. Trust them n lending an ear often to their views.

Most of the companies bosses have same problems & selfishness.
Not every buttery employes are like Namya there are exceptions too. Some sure do good for them selves but also are helpful to others selective too. They are needed to extent in an organisation just to give it human touch otherwise there will be no people only robots and bosses.
