    1. India has a very large population so they have the economy of scale in their favour
    2. Because of the above point, companies can make a lot of profit despite selling at incredibly low prices
    3. Because of point 1, there is s surplus of labour so they are paid significantly less than in other nations. I was a rich man there with my low salary

What! 100 Mbps connection for 60 USD and as high as 100 USD!! yet people in US and Canada don't even bargain about the price!! I use 80Mbps up-down no usage limit for 500BDT (5.97USD) in Bangladesh. My isp increased the price to 600BDT (7.16USD) couple of months ago.I had to bargain furiously and stayed at the same price.

Well Jio fiber isn't the cheapest.
I'm currently using Excitel. Not the best still good. I Never get slow speed tho Once or twice a month internet connection turns off completely and if it remains like this for 10hrs+ than u get 1day more free.
Also the pricing here is according to people's income.

Normally the minimum least wage per hour in USA is approximately equal to the wage people in India get in a whole day 😕. And comparing internet prices is not the way to go. Many of India's homes rely on Mobile Data with 1.5 GB per day. In my opinion that's not at all enough. Just streaming an Unbox Therapy video in 720P will drain it up. Also for a guy earning $10per day, they probably have to feed their family, take care of their children's education and other needs. So internet is not an option there.

Hey in Jio Fibre, it is 100Mbps not 100MB/S
and one more thing it is having limited usage data.
Like for ₹700 or $10, we will get limited 40GB Data per month.
Plz check the offers on Jio website.

Jio fiber you are referring to is limited to 100gb I guess (correct me if am wrong) but it's definately have very low data cap it's nearly nothing of you stream 4k
I have 50mbps connection without any data cap at rs 7000 per 15 months which is roughly $100
The same provider also gives 100 mbps connection it same price but only 12 months so i choose 15 months cause i don't think i need 100mbps any time soon
Which is much more cheaper than Jio fiber and i didn't even asked for lower price
BTW am from Navi Mumbai, India

In India we can get 100mbps for the whole year with that amount of USD 112. When Jio Gigafiber launches we would get even better speed upto 1gbps and it would be cheaper than 112 USD most likely. Will know for sure on 5th September 2019 when it is officially launched.
