I started following Carcass around the Heartwork era. I've listened to their albums for 17 years. I knew it in my heart they would come back. This crowd is "stagnating in shrink-wrap". Come back to Cleveland and someone will be put on the mortuary slab.
All I can say is WOW! What a great band! Saw them couple times in the late 80's and couple times on their last reunion tour if the States. Still jamming!

I've never understood it when extreme metal bands like Carcass open their shows with mid tempo songs. It's like the ultimate anticlimax. You're there, in the front row, you've been waiting for probably 2 or 3 hours. The anticipation is built up and you want to fucking explode when the band comes on. They should have opened with Thrasher's Abattoir.

mojopin70 What the fuck is going on with the snare mix. The drums are not mixed too loud. I do live sound a lot. The kick and toms aren't very audible, the snare is too loud, but it also sounds like shit and as if it has no EQ. Weird.
+Queef this is probably the mic from the camera. They aren't great. U say the drums are mixed loud but the kick drum is at like 5% out of 100. HOLY SHIT I JUST NOTICED YOUR RKL LOGO ! THE GREATEST BAND ON EARTH. Seen them 6 times.
So awesome. I just wish Bill would do more of his vocal parts. I'm painfully aware of every part he does on the albums, so when Jeff goes into a lower voice to do them, it just... doesn't work for me. Bill's got such an awesome voice, but clearly he just wants to play guitar for the most part. Yes, I saw/heard him sing back ups, do Exhume to Consume, etc. I just want more is all. The back and forths in Corporal Jigsore Quandary, for example.
