    Hi Paula. Nice to see Nellie doing so well. All your orchids are looking great. Because of Helene it’s been raining here for two days. It should help out with our drought. It’s sad for the people that have been devastated by it. Take care and hugs sis. 🫂🎀🥰💞

    How do you get your bellinas to flower? I have mine on warming mats, they get lots of light, are fed well, but they just don’t flower. Any tips? Your collection is amazing!

      @Nekko70 Hey hon, are they bloom size? I just feed them well. Definitely bulk them up on calcium. High light. Heat mats are good if your in a cool area. All that sounds perfect. I'm just curious how long you have had them and if they are bloom size.

    • @Nekko70
      @Nekko70 День назад +1

      Yes, they are blooming size. About three of them I’ve had for over three years but they have never bloomed . Thank you for your advice on feeding them. I do give them Cal-Mag with every feeding.

      @Nekko70 OK hon it has to be light then. Do you do window sill or supplemental LED?

    • @Nekko70
      @Nekko70 День назад +1

      I do both , they are on a table in the dining room and I also have LED growing lights on them 12 hours a day.
      I’m wondering if I don’t have enough humidity? I’d say average humidity runs 40-50%, sometimes it gets down to 20’s % .
      I live in Silicon Valley area in CA.

      @Nekko70 Oh gosh seems you got everything right! That's a little low for humidity but the general range is just fine. As long as it don't stay in 20's for weeks on end. This is truly puzzling! Plus the fact you have more than 1 doing this. I must say seems your doing it right. They love heat and light. How often you fertilizing/watering?
