Its because Babel make all Orcust monster in GY become quick effect so they can use their effect in opponent turn and easily seach with Galatea

Also if youre going first youre end board 9-10 times gonna be decode pointing to a dingirsu and it preety much garantes a omni negate and a free send on youre opponents turn.
