The entire timer situation in bg is a bit unfair even without khadgar shenanigans. Having a 40s timer on some turns while having 10 mana and a treasure to choose; forget heroes like Lord Baron, forget banana treasure, forget Pirate comps etc. The fact that the timer can range from 40s to 90s on 10 mana turns (without the exploit) is ridiculous.
Hard agree, the issue is that your timer is variable based on how long your combat phase was. you can get completely screwed by a combat phase, and there is nothing you can do about it. I don't know how the obv answer isn't a skip combat button, There is already a spot for it and there is value beyond just the "khadgar strat". how many times have you been held hostage through a 100% loss in BG when you just want to move onto your next tavern so you can spend more time thinking about the next choices you are going to make.

Good game as always! The “Hey, loser” / “Wasn’t me” on loop each turn from the opponent is so annoying, though... I wish that card didn’t exist, just for that reason.

I started playing this list last night and it’s been fun, played about 30 games and the win rate could be better but still fun!
I'm 3-4 with it, but I'm still gonna play it.
The fun decks rarely have the best win rates. Doesn’t stop us from using them though!

Hey Brian - will ya ever do MTGA stuff on your channel? Quite new to MTG, only found your stuff from Day9's What the Deck series - watching these did make me wanna try Hearthstone again but it'd be fun to watch you do Sealed / Drafts for MTGA.
have you looked him up on like, a google search or anything? Kibler was a MTG pro for years and years, and though I think he was more of a constructed expert, I'm sure there's some vids of young kibs doing (physical) drafts!

Played this deck, lost to Big Warrior, took out Felosophy and tech'd in Silas to deal with big threats (i.e. Rattlegore). Faced off against Tickatus Warlock - stole his Rustwix. Played 5 straight turns of Mrrgrrgl Prime, Kanrathad Prime, or Zixor Prime.

I freed up a bunch of dust to draft this deck, and I don't regret it at all. This deck is so much fun.

Of the rotating cards you can do without Kelidan and Kragg. If you don’t have the quest you’ll have to decide if you can get 1200 dust of enjoyment from the archetype in the next few months. Personally, I finally crafted it and it’s been a lot of fun, no regrets.

Can any of you math people out there calculate the odds of Solarian casting devolving missiles twice in a row, hitting only single targets? ...Seems like it'd be fairly astronomical.
I think there are only 49 spells solarian prime can cast so the odds of 2 devolving missiles into only single target is .00006507705123%.
