The DJ could have been much cheaper to fit into a big spell mage. There’s no way it goes all the way up to 10 to take advantage of casting a big spell… I like the idea of the card but it could’ve been better
The fact that the puzzle orb thinks that mirror image is more useful against an empty board than fireball for lethal is astonishing. Somehow they made the choices worse than Zephyrus, but with less options
The fact that people keep expecting the orb to work the same as zephyrus keeps amazing me. Like the wording is all different. And IF it worked like zeph that would be mad busted.
@@Noct_Snow Yep, the requirement is that it will have any impact on the state of the game. So it won't cast blizzard on an empty board because that does literally nothing, but mirror image against an empty board is 100% kosher.
Agreed. It's like all you need in that situation is 6 damage, yet somehow this card is worse than Zephrys trying to find lethal. It's very strange. Curious as to how the AI works for that card. Like I get it's not going to be "the perfect card" like Zeph does, but still. Frustrating.
@kristophercornwell5825 It doesn't try to find lethal, that's not how it works. The AI only checks to make sure the spell will have some effect on the board (no Blizzard on an empty board, no dupe Secrets, ect) but beyond that it's just random.
@@murlocaggrob2192 Sorry, I realized right after I had posted that lol. I completely forgot Khadgar is just based off random. Fitting for Mage I suppose. Thanks for a bit of detail on how his AI works though, interesting stuff.
If Kibler had played the gold panner, would it have had a higher chance of casting fireball? Since mirror image wouldn't have space to summon two taunts?
This rogue surely did lot of cooking ngl
I got the hint someone really wanted to let the badlands burn
6:20 Flash of lightning was played the turn before

Big spell mage ❤❤❤❤

That’s not how the orb works. It just casts a good spell from a small list of appropriate spells

@@Noct_Snow Which is why it's trash, yes.
You can’t have an unconditional Zephyrs, come on
Khadgar is beyond frustrating, and this is supposed to be after they improved its AI!

My Khadgar fireballs 1/1s
