Cool! I look forward to the day when dynamic blood pools will be possible in games, with fluid simulations being used to accomplish it.
It is possible, it's just that noone has ever bothered to do it. Graphics are far more important, of course 😒
Fluid physics are very possible to do on a small scale. If someone can mod something like that into gmod (gwater2) then imagine what a AAA developer can do.

too bad there's an nVIDIA patent standing in our way because they wanted a funny gimmick with their GPUs
KF2 (killing floor 2) tried this as a option, it was very chunky however, and too fluid, but its possible in i reckon like 3-7 years, whether or not they use it.
Improvements in blood + Bloodlust together is the best combo, so fking good

I was playing Postal 2 the other day and I killed an NPC who was on a grated floor and I realized that his blood was dripping through and onto the floor below.

I'm not really a fan of the arterial bleed outs in this mod. Luckily there's an option to maintain the vanilla bleed out trail, while still keeping the improved blood pools. Also, this combined with WERO and Realistic Weapon Sounds is a great experience.

I mean, it's good but can't say entirely an improvement. But the foundations are always here to be improved on. Some of the decals work nicely but when it's the giant "full bleeding out artery" hit. It's just... Ergh. Blood on clothing still needs greater improvements but we're always limited to the engine still. Hope GTA VI improves upon these.

Why oh why is this not in the vanilla version? Sure... it's a mod, so there's bound to be some hiccups, but it's still MILES better than the insulting cartoonish blood decals from the vanilla version.

Average RDR2 fanboy on their way to defend Rockstar and RDR2. There are mods that fixes alot of stuff too.
You must have a really solid rig because even my 6gb of VRAM and 16go of DDR4 cant make this thing run smooth in medium high somehow.. This game is optimizable for me.
Yeah, the 6 gigs of RAM is a limiter for sure. Just recently got a 7800XT, had to lower a few settings before on the 2070
hi, what should I do if when installing this particular mod, the game freezes at the download stage?
Just install the mod using Lenny's mod loader, also dont forget to use version.dll and script hook RDR2.
