Happy Birthday. I thought the law in Mexico was tax is always supposed to be in the price so when they add tax at the end, it is something you can get taken off.

I just got from Cabo and was at El Peregrino, one of your recommendations. I looked around for both of you, but you weren't there that night. Maybe next time! Hope to see you around Cabo on my next trip.
