I think that I am going with the Tineco anyway. It has a combo that has a hand vac and a two year warranty. I am unsure about the battery life, but hope that it will last long enough to clean my house. I have two dogs and two cats. I need all the help I can get. 😅

Have you experienced something similar to what I'm about to describe? I've tested a different mop model, and it was perfect for the first 5 hours. But after that, it seems like the mop has been squeezed too many times and has become somewhat flattened, which leads to water not being wrung out effectively. What originally took about a dozen seconds to dry now takes up to 5 minutes. Has the item in the video encountered a similar issue?

My tineco started having issues after 3 months. I just sent it back we will see if they fix the problem. The sensors are not working.

The Tineco breaks so easly. I've had 2 in 2 years. The battery doesn't last I wouldn't recommend.

Agree, I thought it was good in the first few months, I was praising it. Before it reached one year battery started to play up, battery drained quickly and it couldn’t charged, brought it to their service centre came back with the same issues unresolved.

Hi, could you tell me what model do you have that had this issues? I live in Brazil and I pretend to buy one, but I will not have how to ask for warranty assistance. The S7 (the latest model) is my daydream household item. What do you think about Bissel’s liability compared to Tineco’s? I’m just trying to get the most amount of information I can before purchasing one. Thank you.

Me too, they didn't try to fix it because I live in PR. They give me the depreciation value? I only use it like 6 times.

Tineco is a China company
They won’t provide a real warranty if the machine broke or some problems , and the machine easy to breaks too.
I can say Tineco is quite brilliant when they new 😂however breaks so quick and you cannot get the real warranty

Tineco was good until i got new flooring. It only cleans smooth surfaces. My new floors are textured and it fails to clean them. Disappointed.
