I don't know why they chose Suzuken, his voice is good but it's not fitting Elboy's character. Sounds a bit off for little child that should have more younger voice. But his voice still somewhat fit IS class tho.

Ken'ichi Suzumura has long been confirmed as the voice actor of Els in this video and others before it.
