Incredible Moiré Patterns!

  • Sir Roger Penrose demonstrates the extraordinary moiré patterns produced by overlaying and rotating two identical, repeating patterns. As the two patterns overlapped and rotated they interfere with each other to produce tertiary patterns.
Acetates featured with kind permission of Professor Paul Steinhardt, Princeton University.

    When a grid's misaligned
    With another behind
    That's a moiré
    When the spacing is tight
    and the difference is slight
    That's a moiré

Does anybody know a source for those Tiling - Printouts? A template in pdf or svg-form? Would be nice to print that out on transparent film.

I've been fascinated to find myself able to see moiré patterns in meshes like fences, with seemingly no overlapping patterns, using my bare eyes and no camera. I have yet not gotten an explanation for this effect. With digital cameras, moiré occurs because the matrix of photodiodes on the sensor effectively interferes with a similarly sized pattern on the projection of the image. But our eyes do not have a sensor matrix in the same way, meaning the effect must be caused by self-interfering patterns caused by imperfections in the mesh, such a embossed rhombic grids.

If it doesn’t take the front and the back of the brain and two hemispheres in harmony with each other to maximize the magnetics, then your eyes wouldn’t look magnetic. Other than that I wouldn’t have clue. Only you may be talking a lot of messes going on.

Can you tell me if the moire pattern expands or makes small things visible in the first grid? I did not understand very well? What's happening could you explain it to me?

@@mishraimsancheztorres1391Actually, go to the Subway, look closely at the 4x3 adverts.
      You can see it.
Imagine cyan, magenta ect be a pattern (take a flat color for regularly), this is it.
      Look another flat color space.
      You got another.
It s how offset printing work.

After not having graduated from any university and had no contact with higher education at all, I watch a video like this and people are surprised to see the patterns of geometry... it's funny that great science has become interested in this, the concept of metaphysics and experiencing something that Mentalists, Kundalini , Hippies (using LSD DMT) and higher clergy have known for... forever? Play with light, glowing reflections or figures like 421 Polytope. The truth is that mere exposure, interest and finding a path in symmetry shows the truest path. You see patterns, you understand basic transmutations, the whispers in your thoughts are so clear that you can even speak. Is it a demon, an angel, or Christ himself speaking to you? Meditate with the flame without fear. Do you feel anxious or present? So now look in the mirror and say hello to the one who has never let you out of his sight and has been waiting for this contact so that you can gain a piece of soul consciousness. Then it's just a big circus, but I recommend it. Because we were born, we live in accordance with the mission of the spirit, so that in old age, at the moment of death, we can enjoy the coming birth. It's worse if you don't get along... ☢🧬
