SX/SO/SP for me. I find it difficult to put my implementation of advice above supporting others' growth. I'm often learning material in order to have ammo to guide others and apply them to myself last. Just yesterday I needed to consciously make myself dinner first before feeding the family otherwise I'll feel resentment the whole time. So my work right now is caring for my self-preservation needs and practicing what I preach 😂
