Whether you are a seasoned golfing veteran looking for a quick swing tune-up after an on-course emergency, or a beginner just looking to get the most out of your golfing experience, I am here to help you achieve your golfing goals.
    My mission as your swing doctor is simple, to help you maximize your enjoyment in game of golf. Because, let’s face it, golf is a hard game.
    My philosophy is wholly based on the student having a fun, meaningful experience in a frustrating and complicated game where potential lifelong golfers either quit because it is too difficult or that they experience some form of swing-related pain or discomfort. I mitigate these problems by focusing entirely on the student’s needs and goals while teaching a golf swing method that ultimately takes stress off of the common pain areas of the swing.

      @SagutoGolf Hi Tom, I am a complete newbie. Just started playing for the last 3 months. I have taken lessons but THIS video alone is worth a million bucks!!! I was focusing on way too many things for my swing and your 1 simple technique just helped me solidify everything together. I watched this vid last night and today, at the driving range, I could not believe I've made contact with my ball 80% of the time. A million thanks for giving me confidence back to my swing. Golf is now fun again!!! Cheers!

    I've commented before how much your videos have helped my golf game. So I'm just giving an update.
    Last year my 9i was my 135 club, now it's 150-155. Every club has stretched out by about 20 yards. And I'm hitting the ball so crisp and straight.
    I thought maybe it was just at the course I play regularly. But last Sunday I played a course I've only played once before and shot a 78. Tuesday I shot a 74 and last night I played 9 and shot a 38 and my driver is consistently 275-290.
    I am amazed and appreciative, I have sent multiple people to your channel.

    I started trying this swing the last couple of weeks after getting tired of inconsistent iron play. It has been an incredible help in hitting the ball cleaner and more consistent. I just have less going on now. One of the keys to me is not rushing the swing so I have good tempo. The other thing is being more concerned with good contact and not trying to hit hard. Now, my swing probably doesn't look like the video, but the results have been great.

    This is pure gold. This is what every beginner golfer should be taught.
    I have only 1 y. experience in golf and discovered this "dead arms" move on my own, a few months ago, it was such a game-changer, then found these vids...
    A few days ago my friend came to a range for the very first time, he had a scheduled lesson, but the coach got sick, and the lesson was canceled. I was there and so he won't waste time and give up I showed him this idea.
    And imagine this... 47 y.o. guy hits 150 meters with 7 iron like 7 out of 10 shots. After an HOUR of practicing. Yeah, these bad 3 are fats or tops, coz he forgets and tries to sway. But it was really 1 hour of practicing.
    I think that coaches and pros do not teach this so that they can charge you for lessons again and again.

    Thanks for this, Tom. How do you initiate your downswing move though? Is it by lowering into the ground to throw the club, or what?

    • @JeffKeenerRCJH
      @JeffKeenerRCJH 2 года назад

      I would think, and the video seems to confirm, Tom still starts the downswing with the lateral slide of the lead hip, along the foot line.

    • @SagutoGolf
      @SagutoGolf  2 года назад +1

      How to initiate the downswing is a loaded question, Zach, because it is so dependent on individual tendencies that I cannot give a generalized answer, and what I personally feel will not help you (plus, our feels can change from week to week). If I tell you that it's a lateral hip slide but your downswing already naturally has sufficient forward force, then you'll hit pushes and/or hooks all day long, and if I tell you to rotate your hips but you are already naturally applying enough outward force, then your destination is pull/slice city. I could also say the shoulders, or dropping the hands, or getting the lead arm off the chest, or rolling your trail foot targetward, or increasing pressure into the lead leg, etc. The key ultimately is what performs best for you. This is why I try to convey multiple feels or thoughts throughout the swing wherever possible. However, no matter the variety of suggested feels/thoughts offered for a particular element of the swing, they are all directed at getting different golfers to achieve the same desired positions, motions, and ball striking results.
      This one reason is why the comprehensive, structured, sequential learning platform of my online school is so effective, and why so many folks across the globe are now enjoying the best golf of their lives as a result. The lessons and drills provide the guidelines and set the boundaries, while providing ample leeway for each individual golfer to infuse and exercise their own uniqueness. This is the swing I want. Great stuff. But if anyone films me I see that I actually swing loads further back than I feel I do. Any hint to get the correct end of backswing.
    By the way, are you in Switzerland? I can hear those cows with bells around their neck in the background 😂🇨🇭
    Great content 👍

    • @SagutoGolf
      @SagutoGolf  2 года назад

      LOL! No - definitely not in Switzerland, Andy.....😎
      The key here is get to - but not go beyond - your body's natural stopping point in the backswing where the tilting, turning, and extending motions are complete, the lead arm has crossed the chest 45 degrees, and the wrists are properly set (preferably with a flat or slightly bowed lead wrist). This is the point where if we were to try to go any further any or all of the following will occur:
      1) the lead arm will bend and/or lift
      2) the wrists will break down
      3) the lead knee will kick inward towards the trail side
      4) the lead shoulder will level out and lose its orientation towards the ball
      5) weight will shift into the trail side and bring the low point back with it, resulting in inconsistent contact and unpredictable ball flight
      6) you'll "chicken wing" and/or flip through impact
      7) pain, discomfort, and/or possible injury
      We don't need to try to get to "parallel" with this swing, and fighting your body in an attempt to do so will result in some combination of the above issues. If you execute this swing properly you will have created width and plenty of distance for that club to travel by taking it in deep, and that will enable you to harness the tremendous power source known as "angular momentum".
      Here is a channel episode that may help: ruclips.net/video/lw5ZHa529Kk/видео.html
      Really, though, the online school is the best place to learn this swing properly and sequentially in a comprehensive, structured environment. Mr. Hogan had that brief shift into the trail side and he was then loaded into his front side by the time he got to the top. Here's a lesson video which may offer some clarity in this regard: ruclips.net/video/GYRCd7WMoSI/видео.html

    I totally agee that Harold Varner Is the perfect swing model and that there are real similarities with Hogan's swing. Both players "describe an arc" in the backswing; but, there is one major difference between the two swings. When you look closely you can see that Hogan narrows the separation of his arms in the downswing. However, I actually favour the way Harold starts his downswing. Hogan, narrows the separation bewtween his arms, in the start of his downswing, by fully activating the muscles in the left side of his right forearm; which is just way beyond my capability. I have never even tried it. But, you can see Hogan do this in slow mo drill. I do, at least try to keep the muscles flexed in the left side of my right forearm, in the downswing, but this is not quite the same. I will leave the Hogan downswing secret with you; but, to be honest I'm not entirely sure it is the modern game.
    But, the modern game still has not yet caught up with a lot things that Hogan did, such as using the legs as a pivot- as described in the "follow the sun pivot scene" vid. And, when you look closely at the 1948 U.S Open you can see that Hogan raised the position of his hands in the waggle. He did this by using the flexor retinaculum and the digiti minimi, in his left hand, as anatagonistic opposites. And, this clearly enabled him to swing the club back very much on an inside arc.

    • @SagutoGolf
      @SagutoGolf  2 года назад

      There are indeed many things Mr. Hogan did that the modern game had not caught up with - partly because some of what he felt (and described) differed from what he actually did, and partly because his saying that "the secret is in the dirt" is about as clear as mud to the clueless masses who seek to mimic him. Anyway, thanks for the deep analytical detail. It's quite technical, but likely much closer to his real "dirt" than the vast majority of guessers out there will ever be.
      And yes - I really like HV3's swing and look forward to his breakthrough victory!

    • @DASH1ful
      @DASH1ful 2 года назад +1

      @@SagutoGolf yes, that's just it. but, i used the term digiti minimi and flexor retinaclum instead of heel pad and wrist joint; to highlight the fact that when you look at the antatomical structure of the hand you can see that the ligaments in the digiti minimi and the fibrous tissue in the flexor retinaculum, are connected to one another. And, this helps us to understand how the heel pad and the wrist, in the left hand, work as antagonistic opposites in the waggle. the heel pad presses to the left to waggle the club back and the wrist joint presses in to return to the ball, but the heel pad resists against the wrist joint as it returns the club to the club to the ball. with hogan the heel pad and the wrist joint reacted against one another so forcefully that it raised the position of his hands.

    • @DASH1ful
      @DASH1ful 2 года назад +1

      But, with reference to the whole "secret's in the dirt" thing, it is interesting that Hogan said, in one of his last interviews, that anyone who plays golf, as a career, is "standing at God's feet". So, in a way, it may be that he was saying that the game of golf has been bestowed upon us by grand design- i based by golf poem on this- and, that the way we are built, and the way the planet has been created, was all done so as we could play the game of golf. And, whether this is true, or not, i do think that we should not just put our belief in our own golf swing; but in the golf swing, itself. And, for me, the whole secret in the dirt thing is about how the feet react on the ground. And, the feet are dependent on the law of gravity- which tells us that any opposing force is met with an equal an opposite force. The feet may react against the hands and arm, in the swing; but If the ground did not react against the feet there would no golf.

    I started stack and tilt in April, aged 56 and having played over 40 years. I expected to maybe have a season of adjustment as this is quite a change. I thought my actual results might inspire people:
    1. Lowest handicap 6.8 previous best 9.0.
    2. Two holes in 1 - previously none.
    3. Three other shots over 50 yards holed.
    4. Lowest ever score 67 - 2 under - previous best 68.
    5. First ever back to back eagles.
    And I feel like I am still only a beginner with this, sometimes I have rounds where my low point is spot on every shot but some other rounds my low point control is a bit loose. So thanks Tom!

    I never realized how short Ben Hogan's backswing was. Once in a while on the range I accidentally make what feels like a short backswing to me and the ball just takes off like a cruise missile. Instead of just going with that, I get the stupid idea in my head that if I took a longer backswing I could hit the ball even father. I have to stop that and do what results in good shots and not worry about what my swing looks like. No one cares if I have to hit a 6-iron into a green instead of a 7 or 8. From now on, my mantra is "Short and simple, focus on a dimple!"

      Hi Jim,
      You may enjoy this episode on swinging shorter: ruclips.net/video/lw5ZHa529Kk/видео.html
      The key in this regard is to avoid going beyond your body's natural stopping point in the backswing where the tilting, turning, and extending motions are complete, the lead arm has crossed the chest 45 degrees, and the wrists are properly set (preferably with a flat or slightly bowed lead wrist). This is the point where if we were to try to go any further any or all of the following will occur:
      1) the lead arm will bend and/or lift
      2) the wrists will break down
      3) the lead knee will kick inward towards the trail side
      4) the lead shoulder will level out and lose its orientation towards the ball
      5) weight will shift into the trail side and bring the low point back with it, resulting in inconsistent contact and unpredictable ball flight.
      6) you'll "chicken wing" and/or flip through impact
      7) pain, discomfort, and/or possible injury
      Have you considered the comprehensive, structured, sequential learning platform of my online school? I saw Varner III the other day and thought: "Yes! Tom would approve!"
    I guess I'm gettin' what you're preachin'
    The good thing is, now I have a model, a system.
    I don't look at other great players and think "Maybe I should try THAT..."
    Because I know this model works ... and is easier to master.
    He's not pure stack and tilt, but ... his swing is much simpler than most: back and forth, right elbow tucked in. Beautiful. Wonderful. Like mashed potatoes and gravy ; )

    • @SagutoGolf
      @SagutoGolf  2 года назад +1

      Indeed, Justin - but what is "pure" Stack & Tilt? The system affords considerable leeway. Consider Charlie Wi, Mike Bennett, and Grant Waite, for example. Three different swings, all well within the realm of S&T!
      Yes - I love Harold's very simple yet very consistent and powerful move! Much to be garnered from that.

      Golf is indeed a very difficult sport, Chris, but if we can simplify the swing so as not to rely on timing and/or exceptional hand-eye coordination, then we can achieve consistently great results without having to continuously work so hard. So we put in the time and effort on the front end to build the swing, and then we can enjoy low maintenance, powerful, predictable, body-friendly ballstriking bliss for the rest of our lives!

    Tom,
    My buddy took me golfing for the first time in April to a public course while I was going through a tough time. With just a few tips from him, after 25 years of never golfing I fell in love.
    Your videos have taught me how to swing in a way I can understand and apply. You’ve been the main person helping me on this new hobby.
    It’s not perfect yet but I’m developing a consistent and uncomplicated swing with your help.
    My older brother and I golfed for the first time together at his country club which is a relatively hard course and he couldn’t believe how good my swing was for being new and not having lessons. Lots of room for improvement but I was PLAYING the game, getting the ball down the fairway, no frustration, no holding up the group, and a great time on a beautiful day. Thank you so much!!! You’re the man!
    I’m going to keep watching and improving and will probably be signing up for your website sooner rather than later.

      Mr. Hogan delivered - and continues to deliver posthumously - phenomenal and timeless instructional value, right?! But there are just so many misconceptions about Hogan’s swing out there - particularly within the realm of misunderstood or misapplied teachings - that have sadly relegated generations of golfers to the vast abyss of chronic frustration. I’m doing my best to clear these up one by one and put an end to this madness, because if we can get Hogan right there are tremendously effective swing keys to be garnered.

    I can’t believe how short Varner’s backswing is but he can hit the ball!

    • @SagutoGolf
      @SagutoGolf  6 дней назад

      Yes - he pounds it! As did Hogan, and as does Rahm, Finau, and plenty of others!
      Provided the golfer establishes the critical connection points and structure at setup and has a foundation that facilitates a centered, free flowing motion, the key is to get to - but not go beyond - our body's natural stopping point.
      We don't need to force ourselves to get to "parallel" with this swing, and fighting our body in an attempt to do so will result in some combination of the above issues. If we execute this swing properly we will have created width and plenty of distance for that club to travel by taking it in deep, and that enables us to then harness the tremendous power source known as "angular momentum".
      While there are certainly videos on my channel that address this topic, a better option would be my FREE mini course “The Top 3 Keys You Need to Be a Great Ball Striker”: go.saguto.golf/ Featuring 17 videos and 45 minutes of detailed lesson and drill content, this is a great way to gain a fundamental understanding of this system as well as an introduction to the formal learning method that has countless thousands of men and women from across the globe - including many accomplished, low-handicap, competitive players and spanning all age ranges from junior to super-senior - now enjoying the best golf of their lives: saguto.golf/p/sagutogolfreviews

    You have very little club rotation in your swing too because of that strong grip... leads to great consistency if released correctly. That used to be taught as bad because of the possibility of hooking... which was true if you rolled your arms through impact as was taught. No wonder nobody ever improved!!!

      My own personal "feels" are not relevant to you because they are unique to me. 😎 Beyond that, they do change quite regularly as I'm always thinking about new possibilities for my lesson content. This is why I do my best to convey multiple feels or thoughts throughout the swing wherever possible. We're all different physiologically and psychologically, and something that resonates effectively with one golfer may not necessarily work for another. However, no matter the variety of suggested feels/thoughts offered for a particular element of the swing, they are all directed at getting different golfers to achieve the desired positions, motions, and ball striking results. This is one reason why the comprehensive, structured, sequential learning platform of my online school is so effective, and why thousands of folks across the globe are now enjoying the best golf of their lives as a result (and I'm happy to let their unsolicited testimonials tell the story: saguto.golf/p/sagutogolfreviews ). The lessons and drills provide the guidelines and set the boundaries, while allowing ample leeway for each individual golfer to infuse and exercise their own uniqueness. The school can really help you get beyond that tinkering and on a properly guided path towards consistent ball striking bliss!!

    I am always skeptical when it comes to "simple" fixes/ miracle cures when it comes to the golf swing. But I will tell you this swing plain and simple works and is extremely easy to become proficient at. I discover this channel last year but wasn't until late last year and this spring before I began to implement the changes in my swing. I used to (in my teens) get away with poor form by simply playing every day and being consistent that way. But now that I have a full time job, a wife, and a daughter I don't get out nearly as much. The beauty of this swing is that it's truly simple to learn and make it muscle memory. Like I said I don't play as much as I used to and my scores were reflecting that. This year has been a different story. With only a few late season range sessions last year, one range session this year, and 27 holes of golf I can say with certainty that for the average golfer this is the channel you should be watching to correct your swing. Everything Tom is saying is true. My ball striking is the best it's been in 10 years or more and I'm hitting the ball farther than ever with less effort. I am swinging the club easy and have gained at least 5 yards on every club. In only 27 holes this year I've already tied by personal best 9 hole score of 37 (with a VERY rusty wedge game and equally rusty putting). My first full 18 holes this year I felt as though I was leaving a lot of strokes out there and at the end of the round the score card definitely looked a lot better than I had expected. In summary for those of you who may be skeptical, give this a try and thank Tom later. With this swing I see some more personal bests coming for sure. I am already playing better than I have in a decade and I'm just getting started perfecting (a relative term in golf haha) and committing this swing to muscle memory. Thank you for making these videos, they have been a huge help. Effective while being as close to effortless as the golf swing can be!

    Tom, I started watching your videos about a year ago and it has made all the difference. This is my swing now. Not all the way back, no seeing the clubface in front of me before I go into my downswing. tilt, and am blasting the 4 iron about 200 yds but even moreso I am hitting it where I want to. I was an upright swinger and your instruction has eliminated my back pain the day after I play. Thank you.

    love your vids Tom. Some people have a knack for tapping into the intuition part of our brains. I have been way more consistent watching your tips and really just simplified my swing. Finding an intuitive swing instead of having a tornado of "swing thoughts" in my head makes golf fun. One can get massively lost in the weeds on youtube looking at all kind of "tips" from setup, how to backswing, shallowing the club, how do my hips and feet move, etc. to the point your swing becomes a NASA space launch.... Your tips are a gold mine for intuitive golf. Thanks man! BTW.... take us out on the course for some more course vlogs soon. would like to see some shot for shot stuff from you!

    Wow @TomSaguto, what a great video...all of them are really good, but this was the climax video for me, if you will!
    I have gone through several courses in your online school, read the SnT book, and watched almost every other video you've made...but this one really put it all together for me. I watched it ONE time!...earlier this afternoon, went home to get my sticks before going to my Monday night golf league...while there I incorporated the information I gleaned from the video earlier, making several ball-less swings with 6-iron and Driver (or "D-River). It felt great, compact, and 20 mph faster than my normal swing...so free and relaxed!
    Later, in a 2-man scramble, I drove the ball better than I have since I can't remember when, hit or was on the fringe of 8 of 9 greens, and hit a couple hybrids and fairway woods like I never have! It was amazing!
    Thanks again Tom! You're the best! And friends, if you haven't taken Tom's teaching to heart, your missing out!!

    Rewind 15 years. 95% of the golf world made fun of this new idea called S&T. Black magic. Won’t last. No one uses it. Forget all of it…
    Now, it’s fundamental “pieces”, are evident in a giant population of the world’s best players. It’s proud to say it is based in science. And I still laugh that people are more afraid of “science” than “religion”. Tom is teaching S&T without saying the words…and everybody loves it. I love it too. Stop fearing instructors who think outside the box, and base their methodology in a scientific model. Because ultimately…if it works, it works. S&T works.

      Spot on, Michael, and thanks so much for a great comment!
      This body-friendly, powerful, consistent, low-maintenance Stack and Tilt swing system is designed to provide a lifetime of great ball striking, and since it is indeed rooted in physics, geometry, and human physiology it does not discriminate by age or ability - from kids to seniors and everything in between, and inclusive of the best players in the world. I give all credit where it is due - to Andy Plummer and Mike Bennett for analyzing and interpreting the science, and to those who preceded them with their empirical observations of the game's best ball strikers and all their subsequent chalkboard number-crunching . I just do my best to take what they have built and convey it in my own simplified teaching style.
      By the way, I've never been shy to admit it. Here is the story of my "conversion" to S&T: ruclips.net/video/PM8lNNrMPEk/видео.html

      In order to keep yourself out of trouble perhaps you may wish to build a net like mine? It is approximately 7’ tall and 8’ wide. We used this video as a starting point - ruclips.net/video/-p11qs4E2T0/видео.html - and then made some other minor PVC support structure modifications to suit our needs. We did not use PVC cement as this allows us to easily disassemble it if necessary. The netting we used is 10' x 10' golf cage impact net purchased from Amazon, and it differs from the screening material in the video. (By the way, if using a net like we did you probably won’t need the screw hooks that are mentioned in the video - bungees should suffice.)

The only thing I would add is a point you have made in several other videos about lowering your lead shoulder on every backswing. Hi Gary,
      You don't need a long backswing! Harold and Ben certainly prove this, as do Finau, Rahm, and many others. In the swing system we bring the hands in deep behind the trail shoulder to access the tremendous power source known as angular momentum. There's no independent lifting and no need to try to get to parallel.

Now i get it. He was teaching me to not passed my left ear at the top of my swing (I am a lefty) but more so he was teaching me the proper swing path. Your video just explained it better. I'm very glad to know that this lesson resonated well with you and reconfirmed what that (very wise 😎) pro taught you back then.

    This is not a gimmick! How do I know this method works? Because I discovered it about 20 years ago just hitting some punch shots after a disappointing range session. I used to be an assistant pro in my 20’s. Nearly 20 years later after not playing much after I left the golf business, I was really disappointed in how my game had declined. Like I said, after hitting some disappointing full shots I decided to hit some punch shot and immediately started hitting the ball pure. After analyzing what I was doing differently, I was doing exactly what Tom has so aptly described. I immediately applied this to a fuller shot but still kept the same swing….Viola! Do I hit every shot perfect now? Well of course not but it’s so easy I can play only a handful of times a year and hit the ball really well. Listen, I know the swing inside out and this is the best most simple method I’ve ever discovered. I’m psyched to finally find someone who knows and is teaching this!

      I'm happy to confirm your self-discovery, Troy!
      Sadly, such sorcery from this dark underworld of golf instruction rarely finds its way to the mainstream because if too many folks found out about it the mainstream would then be rendered irrelevant. However, as more and more folks stumble onto this simplified, low-maintenance, body-friendly, powerful system, it appears as though the needle is starting to move towards crispier ball striking, improved consistency, and increased enjoyment. Life truly is too short to play bad golf. We need to stop doing that....😎
      Thanks for sharing your success with this method, keep up the great work, and most importantly - have fun out there!!

    hi Tom, i believe you did a video where you said to feel like you're holding a cup of soup at the top of the backswing (waiter position), then hold that position during the downswing and serve the soup by placing it on the table, it feels like there's no moving parts during the downswing except for torso rotation, it was from a few years ago so my memory may be a little fuzzy but I'm not kidding about hitting a lot of flag sticks, thanks!

    The One plane swing is the key to most players playing this game well- without back injuries. Jim Hardy has written a short book describing it well- the Plane Truth- that was very helpful.
    Carol Mann - an LPGA Hof Famer- taught it to me several years ago and it’s made all the difference. Keep teaching it.
    My one swing thought? “Turn, turn.” It really is that simple. Turn your shoulder to the ball, then turn back. Keep your head and butt still so that your rotation is around your spine and smile while your ball explodes off the club face. Now that’s living!

    You're absolutely 💯 I have only been playing golf for a couple of months, but I realized I hit the best shots when I do what you reccommend. At the end of my backswing I already have that feeling that it's going to be an absolute bomb, and it is 9/10. My pro, however, wants me to perform the dance, hip back shoulder down, pelvis pop. I'm way too rigid in my anatomy for that. Simple is the way to go.

    Did you just describe Furyk's swing? It worked for him, but it doesn't work for me, unfortunately. Thanks for the tip, Tom!

    • @SagutoGolf
      @SagutoGolf  2 года назад +1

      An effective, repeatable golf swing is built on a compilation of personal "feels" that are unique to each of us individually. Over time we ingrain these feels into a complete motion that we can execute without need for mechanical thoughts. We are then able to simply allow our ball striking and shot shape to be our guide, making only occasional minor setup tweaks when necessary. That is what it means to "take ownership of YOUR swing", and that's how Furyk came to own his to much success!

    @SagutoGolf I’ve had a rough start to the season and this advice is helping me get back on track so thank you! Was a subscriber of your school years ago and highly recommend it! One thing thats always confused me though is how to work the ball as you show on the range. Is this merely done through set up changes with the feet and club face or doing something different with the hands and path?

    • @SagutoGolf
      @SagutoGolf  Год назад +1

      I appreciate the online school shoutout, Mike, and I hope to see you back in it again soon. I think you'll be impressed with the new platform, format, and content that just recently rolled out!
      The answer to your question lies in ball flight laws. Clubface angle relative to target line is the primary influencer of the ball's starting line, and face relative to path determines direction and degree of curvature. With a few minor setup adjustments we can work the ball either way without changing our feel for the swing motion. For example, here is a brief shot shaping demonstration featuring a fellow teaching pro when we were attending the Stack & Tilt Instructor Camp together in Miami: ruclips.net/video/IcmKxfLz9EM/видео.html
      Embrace the challenge and get that swing back on track!!

    Excellent video Tom. Well explained the path of the club. For me the forward weight was a real game changer. All other aspects of the back and forward swing was a improvement from my natural swing, but the biggest impact on improving came from the forward weight. We not the same and for some works what you preaching for other work less. In one word, since I'm using your lessons, my game improved from steady average 95 plus to 85 and lower. I'm 67 and this year I got 3 birdies in one game and one week before my first eagle in my life. Cheers and a big thank you from Ontario, Canada.
