Me and my mom used to catch the Pentran bus to work back in the day, like from 2001 through 2006.
PenTran merged with TRT in 1999 to form HRT
The two units on video are 6v71, there are a museum bus powered by 8v71

That appears to be the late Bishop SL Green, Jr. on the placard on the back of the bus. I think his church did broadcast a program over Channel 27 in the late 70s.
When I slow the video playback speed to slow motion, I do recognize him.
Nice piece of history there.
