Overall it depends. Some batches of beef are great rare and some are surprisingly good medium well or almost well done and still remains tender.
In my opinion steak lovers should never have a set definition of how their steak should be cooked because there are variables

I remember seeing you do a challenge a while back. I used to be amazed at how much you ate until I saw Tzuyang. After watching her eat all of a sudden your portions seem normal even though they’re not lol. I still couldn’t eat a quarter of what you could though.

I think for me steak once you put it on the grill you let it sear then you flip it over you never cut open a steak while it's on the grill because all is natural juices come out so to me I feel the lady who cooked it destroyed the whole steak Anthony Bourdain would say the same you never supposed to cut a steak like that while it's cooking cuz it takes the juices out that's just me
I agree... Let it cook however you cook it, be it grill or grill pan and then rest. Her cutting the fat off then cubing it... It. Is. A. Ribeye. Not good. Might as well have an overcooked, overpriced NY Strip at Outback.

One of our most premier butcher's locally said 71 & change with tax included 1-1/4 lb x4, obviously feed's a family of four.
And 178 & change with tax included 2-1/2 lb x4 ! I'm not even sure I could eat a 2-1/2 lb ribeye! But I can bet you this , I could have steak every week for 4 months on 400 buck's 😂
@@rowdybroomstick6394 Plus, five 14-oz steaks is not 5 lbs, it's a little over 4 lbs, NOT counting all of the good stuff that got cut off! I love Raina, but sometimes I question how she eats her steaks and crabs and lobsters! We're the ones paying for her food by the way cuz of all the money she gets for all of her subscribers. That's why it's heart-wrenching to see the waste. Still love her though.🙂
