Soya Chunks- 2 Cups
Green Chilli- 1 to 2 nos
Onion- 2 nos (Medium)
Ginger (Chopped)- 1 1/2 tbs
Garlic (Chopped)- 2 Tbs
Refined Oil- 1 1/2 Tbs
Turmeric Powder- 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder- 2 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1 tsp to 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp
Tomato- 2 big
Water- 2 Cups
Salt- According to Taste
Coconut Milk (Thick)- 3/4 Cup
Coriander Leaves
Cashew Nut (Paste)- 25gm

Soak soya in hot water 2 cups
10 andiparip kuthiran idanam
Heat oil 1 pachamulak
Inchi
Veluthuli
2 Savala
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp Malli podi
2 tsp Mulak podi
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Chopped tomatoes 2 big
Grind everything
Add soya to curry
15 mnts cook
Add 3/4 cup coconut milk
Add cashew paste.
