Thank you for the information in your video. I did learn a couple of things from your video that will make things easier, and although the owner's manual didn't really go into great details regarding the ai scene enhancement, I was delighted to see that you did!
Other than the regular camera app I'd say OpenCamera is great because it's free and really easy to use and the lighting features are nice too. But the drawback with OpenCamera is there's no video stabilization so that's an issue if you're recording videos where you're moving around. Other than that if you want more professional features ProCam X is great too, it's not free but it's still pretty cheap, I think it's $5.

Why does the default quality look filtered. Is there a way to make it similar to an iPhone quality; more clearer.

You should be able to open the camera, aim it at any QR code, and the link will show up.
