Hi there. My dad just got this phone. He’s older and has no idea how to navigate a smartphone. Would you be willing to create a video with the VERY basics? I’m talking how to send a photo level basic. He’s not elderly, but is not tech savvy at all.

It just maximizes the one that is showing on the screen and then always follows that with a message saying "Your system is now in optimal condition". Do you have any idea what that's about? Thanks again! UPDATE: Turns out the 'close all apps' button only closes them all if I'm on the home screen of my phone. Otherwise, it maximizes the app that's showing after closing the others that were not showing, and follows that with the "Your system is now in optimal condition" message.

I just got this phone yesterday and there's this annoying white tab on the screen that doesn't do anything and I can't figure out what it is or how to turn it off 😩
kevin.....kevin...kevin ! I just bought the Nord N300, and I like the phone, but didn't know what the HAIL I was doing !! ( smile ) I didn't even know how to cut the dang thang off ! I didn't know how to do screen shots ! I didn't know how to do a basic restart ! I didn't know how to....get my three bottom buttons I'm used to with an android ! There was just sooooo much I could just not figure out on my own....I'm 66, so in reality, they probably shouldn't allow old folks to buy new phones, anyway !! lol. I want to PERSONALLY thank you for all the information on the features of this phone....Now, I'm going to try and tackle all the little "bings" and "dings" I hear thru the night....I want to turn all that off.....unless its a DING for a text message, a RING for an actual call, or the best: A CHA-CHINGGGG ! for a sale from my eBay store !! That would be a short video. Simply press the lock button and volume up button simultaneously.

What a waste of my time. How about how to restart the phone?? That would be helpful.
I definitely prefer gesture navigation on my phone. I even hid the gesture hint that is normally at the bottom of the screen.
