Using the Instapot was truly a game changer for me. Thanks so much for introducing this as an option to cook sweet potatoes. I also add 1/4 tsp of orange extract to the batter along with the lemon juice.

Yes lord lemon juice will take it up another notch. When I make it for other people I don't use lemon juice but Ido add it for my own family pies. I've never tried condensed milk but that would definitely work. I see why Monica loves your pie. 😀

Welcome, thank you for watching! Every instant pot is different. I normally use the feature that I'm using when regularly pressure cooking. The time is based on the size of your potatoes. I start with 2 minutes intervals and go from there. Hope this helps.

I agree on lemon. I use lil lemon extract. I separate eggs. Beat & fold whites at end to make lighter. How my family taught me.
