20:12 DALLAS IS ALSO AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER
Whoever made the quiz was basing that question off of City Proper and not Metro Area, and didn't clear that up. Dallas has a larger metro area than Houston, so I would've TOTALLY accepted that answer. Just so you know. Houston is the 5th largest metro area.

Great job pronouncing Tahoe correctly! It's one of those words that non-Californians usually have no idea how to say. The Sierra Nevada mountains are right outside my bedroom window :)

It must be so difficult as a European to understand that Chicago, Dallas (or Houston), New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle and Philadelphia are not the capitals of the states in which they are located

This is funny cause in general, americans don't study geography

It blows my mind how many cities and towns in the states are named after places in Europe😂

This video is awesome. In fact if it was a lake, it would kick lake Ontario out of top 5 IMO.

Delaware isn't a state, is it? I got a good laugh out of that as a Texan!

Lol. It gets worse. I just recorded next week's video on guessing all the 50 states in a timed quiz. It goes appallingly bad! (I get Texas right, don't worry!) 🤣

Annapolis and Indianapolis technically rhyme as well

  • @jr122966

I got Indianapolis (Indiana) and Annapolis (Maryland). Can they count as a rhyme? Or maybe not technically because they end in the same letters.
I learnt all US states and state capitals purely because it was useful for pub quizzes 😊

If we say they count, then they count! You can have that one!
